Musical Glee Episode V: The Sylvester Strikes Back - - - - - - Part 15

The season hasn't been terrible but it certainly isn't what I imagined.

It didn't start terrible, but it has been since the first few episodes. They are wasting their last few episodes spending half an episode on a random kid's Bar Mitzvah, and half an hour on Sue's interview with Geraldo Rivera. They're not leaving any room to give anyone a properly-developed send-off.

Also, Klaine and Brittana's wrap-up stories were ******ed.

The first few episodes were good by last season standards, but overall, this show just needs to die. And we're all in too deep to not be there when it happens.

The first few episodes were good except for Klaine's second-break-up, which was pointless unnecessarily drawn-out manufactured contrived drama featuring pointless appearances by Karofsky and Kurt's pervy Grandfather.

There are so many storylines and songs that make me so sad that will never be touched upon. So much wasted potential. Hopefully whenever this gets rebooted or whatever, it will have a stronger team behind it.

Schloss, the R word? i'm surprised at you! That's so gay! :awesome:

God they used to be so good! So much effort used to be put into the show. So sad. And everyone was still innocent and new to their stardom, not corrupted by Hollywood at that point.

I wish I had gone to one of their concerts.

So the writers can't even bother giving Samchel a proper ending before ditching Sam for Jesse.

One minute in. Already tired of the Warblers.

Blaine included especially.

Alright, nevermind, that Julianne Moore bit totally landed.

"Look back at yourself from the future and ask yourself if dropping out of NYADA was a good idea."

I've had a theory about the five years later episode being an extended dream/fantasy sequence of Rachel's for a few days now. That just confirmed it, IMO.

Agreed. Sam just kind of went to the background after that beginning scene. The writers just don't give a **** anymore.

If this show wraps up with anything resembling a happy ending for Sue, Ryan should never work again.

After tonight's episode, I'm actually curious how Sue's story wraps up...

Am I the only one that sees more chemistry between Spencer and Rodrick than between Spencer and other new gay guy?

Of course Sue "saves the day". Of course.

Sue genuinely deserves prison at this point. They've taken her way too overboard to try to tritely "redeem" her for the thousandth time that always lasts 5 minutes.

Rachel making stupid decisions as always.

The writers just have no ****s to give anymore. Burning down Dalton and throwing the Warblers into New Directions, having an offscreen Carmen Tibideaux (guess Whoopi was busy...or they didn't even try, which is equally likely) first supposedly kick Rachel out of her office, and then call her and let her back in (?), not even bothering to resolve Samchel before tossing Rachel back together with someone who hasn't been around for 3 seasons and has always been an *******, and randomly throwing in the superintendent's ultimatum about how the arts will be disbanded if they don't win, just to....up the stakes?

The writing is incredibly lazy.

Are we supposed to on any level buy that Sue somehow supposedly ensured ND won, in between setting Will's car on fire and poisoning an entire school?

As if she didn't belong in prison enough already...

Oh lord, they made Sue so over the top this episode, trying to have their cake and eat it to.

Go figure they would finally do Hey Mickey after I have been wanting the Cheerios/Unholy Trinity to perform it since Season 1.

It was no surprise that Sam disappeared after Jesse entered the picture. Remember that girl that Santana was dating but who disappeared out of thin air before she came back to Lima for the end of Glee club? Yeah, neither do I.

So is Will suppose to take over the Glee club now?

That flashback was nice, those really drive home what I will miss about the show and that is really ending.

I've been thinking the same thing, though Spencer and his bf only had like 2 scenes together.

Apparently there is a book that is a prequel to the pilot, from the sounds of it, they should've followed it and had everyone who wasn't Di film

Kurt/Adam, Santana/Dani, Sam/Nurse Penny, Artie/Kitty, Rachel/Sam...this show loves establishing couples and then forgetting they ever existed and never even bothering to show when they apparently broke up.

Oh yeah, Kurt/Adam, the ship that never really was.

I really wish they would release Nayas version of the song Amber sung in the S5 finale, at least release the song how it was suppose to be.
