Yea the humour at the end of Thor 2 didn't undercut the tension... because there was no tension due to the humour.

I'll be glad when we get a Thor film where he isn't bogged down on Midgard.

I think now that GotG has opened up the Marvel cosmic universe, and if it does as well as expected, we're much more likely to get more of a cosmic adventure exploring the other realms for the next Thor installment.

Just got back from seeing this film. Not too bad , still liked Cap 2 better though.

Not waiting for your firends to decide as to when they want to go when you're itching to see a blockbuster movie.

Not having to wait at the theater wjen they are late or saving seats for them.

Thanos' face in Avengers looked straight of the comic. From what i can tell they've made some changes almost humanizing his face a bit now and so it looks off to me. He looked identical ti his comic before so i dont know. Will wait for actual movie and i def pic for a better view.

Kids need to experience extreme violence and language in movies, it makes them more powerful than you can ever imagine. Maybe not sex stuff though -- that just... ****s them up in the head somehow.

Based on the early critical reaction and the audience response, I am really excited for this flick. It helps that the 4 minute trailer was too good. However, due to some issues, I can't see it before August 10th. Trying to remain spoiler-free till then
