He's actually dead or everyone thinks he's dead but he's really alive

well maybe Gianakin_ can help me out with this but based on the spoilers Ive heard from trusted sources.

ive heard Im pretty sure he dies, Im not sure if its in a car crash or falling, and some say hes dead dead and most spoilers said hes dead but the audience knows he may be alive type of thing. But what confuses is me is that if that is true why would the AICN guy refer to him as the darth maul treatment (unless hes too stupid to pick up on that he may be back) or maybe its a conspiracy type thing where some will argue hes dead and some will argue hes not.

the more I think about this the more Id like it this way

but its just not in Nolans repitoire to leave a huge cliffhanger like that he only leaves tiny cliffhangers like the joker card and I know what the cliff at the end of this movie is :

What would make it perfect is that if they hint at the possibility of his survival even though that being cliche the tinyiest hint that only fans pick up on will get people talking all the way from july 18th untill whenever pt3 comes out

I will admit, if this ending is true, I am shocked because I was so sure Nolan wouldn't do this.

But...I don't know if I would say its a bad thing. Of course, I have to see the film to judge it.

And I realized that seeing all this footage and reviews of TDK have shown me that even if Nolan does a third, it won't be anything like TDK or BB.

Having Two-Face in the third probably would have made it seem too much like TDK, and Nolan wouldn't want that. If there is a third one, it would be with completely differet villains and a different theme. And I'm fine with that as long as Nolan is in charge.

No reviewer has pointed it out as being a detriment to the film, which says a great deal about how they handled it.
