The Dark Knight Harvey Dent/Two Face Thread

Ah crap...that's so damn sucky, i dont care how useful a such scene might be to this film's story. You just dont do that, i taught Nolan and Co. were smarter than that and weren't going to do the mistake Burton did in B89.

I guess we'll just have to wait and find out.

I always got the impression

that he got scar due to the fire the Joker put him and Rachael in.

Roberts said that he (Maroni) is responsible for Dent's transformation though.

In the words of C. Heston, "Damn yooooouuuu!" I can't believe I actually clicked on the pics even though I asked for them. Talk about kicking yourself in the belly when your back is turned.....

(shuts down computer)

ok I have a question...

How does Two-Face die? Is it by falling off a roof of a building or is it by a car accident which he accidentally causes after he shots Maroni's driver?

Building.

I believe what he he said was something like "they stick close to to the comics referreing to how Two Face is scarred. However, the [BLACKOUT]exploding warehouse scenario[/BLACKOUT] has been confirmed several times now.

Wonder if Dent's accident is gonna show all the skin like deteriorating and altering up close (for IMAX's sake:cwink:).

They're pushing it with people getting slashed and killed throughout. I don't think the MPAA would be as friendly towards a full face roasting.

Lets look at Indiana Jones. They allowed the melting faces in a PG movie, but were about to give the movie an R when it showed an exploding head full view. Only when flames were put in to hide the exploding head was the rating again lowered to a PG. So you'd be surprised what directors can get away with.

Only logical explanation:

THE MPAA BOARD IS CRAZY.

*Dennis Hopper voice* Don't trust em' man!

You have to remember that the PG-13 rating wasn't created until 1984 I believe, partly due to Temple of Doom.

^That's what I was going to bring up. Well, that and the fact that the MPAA rating system has been in need of a retooling for years.
