MOS is a great movie... it just has the controversial moments / scenes that ruins it a little.

There are very few supposed "great" films that I would call flawless. Man of Steel is no exception but I love it warts and all, it's in my top ten films of all-time.

Few movies are perfect. Every movie is judged on whether the good parts outweigh the bad or vice versa in the eyes of the viewer. If someone doesn't like MoS and does like other similar movies with "bad parts," then the good simply outweighs the bad in those films for them, while it doesn't in MoS. It's not a conspiracy.

When Superman says "...maybe a little bit more" they should've kept the camera on him for just half a second more, you can kinda see that he smiles after saying that.
