Did you have one of them happy but bitter laughs filled with crying at the end?

It's interesting to note that both Superman and Flash appear on CW shows and both are finding it difficult to get their solo movies going.
He won't be back until COIE.Wasn't there a report saying Hoechlin won't be returning anytime soon?
Cyborg's also being used expertly in Doom Patrol and it's not looking like he's coming back in the movies anytime soon.
Yeah, he's been a hero for longer, identifies himself as a hero (in contrast to the Doom Patrol), has met Superman and others, etc.
Personally, though, I do find him to be the weak link on the show. The other actors nail their portrayals (the actress for Rita is really good); Cliff Steele is great at being the audience stand in as his reactions are basically what any of us would say in these really bizarre situations, and he's the heart of the show; Crazy Jane is a hard character to pull off, but the actress does it really well; and Matt Bromer is Matt Bromer, which is to say, he's good. He's actually my least favorite of the Doom Patrol characters in the show initially just because his portrayal is often very low key and he just doesn't want to be there (the character, not the actor), but he's growing on me.
But with Cyborg, I just don't feel the actor. He's fine and all, but I think he over-emotes, imo, so it's like I can't help but see the actor rather than the character.
Still, this show is amazing and I was so not expecting that. And the music is great.
saw a few clips of doom patrol's cyborg and looks like joivan wade seems to be doing a very good job - along with the writing + quirkiness of the show, it seems to work.
and it's a different portrayal from how fisher played the character.
joivan's version seems to have been cyborg for a longer while - so he's now more upbeat.
I agree with both of you about cyborg, but I do think that they will give him his due in upcoming episodes. It looks like they're still kind of sowing seeds in there. Overall, I find the series good. I do enjoy the quirkiness and CJ/Cliff are the standouts for me.
The, "what the ****" moments are getting a little old.
Some of the humor is a little hit or miss and Tudyk's lines are starting to grate on me a little. *ducks*
Rip Supernatural -.-I think the writing for Cyborg has been fine. I think it's more the acting.
It's like the difference between Sam and Dean on Supernatural. I love both characters, but Jensen Ackles is just a much better actor, imo. He really knows how to handle nuance and I truly feel whatever he is emoting because it's all internal. With Jared Padalecki ("what's a Padalecki?"), I like Sam just because Padalecki is likable, but his acting is more external so it's more obvious that he's acting. He often doesn't nail those emotional moments because it doesn't feel natural and he has little range. I did think he nailed a certain scene on the 300th episode that I didn't think he was capable of, though.
Okay, I don't know how I made this about Supernatural.
That's still The Flash by a wide (for CW) margin.I think it's still CW's highest rated show.

I never cared for Supernatural, but I'm in shock that it's ending. Its ratings were always very strong for the network, and that's an impressive thing to maintain for 15 seasons. I was beginning to think it would never end, like the Simpsons or something, lol.
