BvS Henry Cavill IS Superman - - - - - - Part 20

Henry shaved his head or got a crewcut after filming MOS and Batman V Superman. Grew back both times. Now I wouldn't style his hair the way they did in BvS because it accentuates his hairline, whether its just an extreme widows peak or receding. Nothing you can do about it but it's a nitpick.

fits like a glove tbh fam

People just looked at me weird for laughing too loud :woot:

That is brilliant

Will the hair obsession ever go away from Henners and this thread?

Getting off the hair topic, Henry has a chance to shine with his scene before the hearing. That scene has plenty of great potential.

I think he has always had a bit of a high hair line but he knows his own hair, and can style it way that it looks much fuller.

Ah, I see the "Henry Cavill's Receding Hairline" thread is still very active these days. Nice. :o

It looked a lot fuller in Man from U.N.C.L.E. as well. Maybe WB is purposely accentuating his hairline just to antagonize the more fastidious members of the fanbase. lol

I find the asymmetry of his hairline more annoying than anything else. It's like Tom Cruise's teeth.

Christian Bale wart.

That's right, even some of our fav's aren't perfect :argh: :hehe:

The hair makes him look like a more mature Superman.

Before MOS came out, Snyder said that he's a big fan of Jim Lee's Superman (and Batman too, obviously), I think Henry's hair style is that way to evoc Jim Lee's imagery.

Also, it makes him look more mature, (again, like Lee's pre-new52 work) which looks good when in contrast to an 10-year-older-than-himself Batman.

Polux

Hair transplant or wig? Seeing Jesse's wig makes me want to vote hair transplant :hehe:

That's great that you enjoyed all the animations etc but for me it's not the same as an actual film.

And I'm not "bitter" or "angry" if you're directing that at me. I'm expressing a few concerns that I think are perfectly valid considering. We have solo Batman and WW movies confirmed and not yet solo Superman. While I understand they have to introduce these characters to this universe, we also have a lot of negative rumours going around (which I'm aware are probably BS) but as I've said, putting this together with a few not-very-hopeful-sounding comments from the actor playing Superman, has made me feel a little apprehensive.

And I am also happy to wait for MoS2.
Have to agree with you here. We've had three back-to-back Batman films, and evidently we need more the "flesh him out". I'm pretty sure the average person could fill in some blanks and just make the observation that once again we're looking at a different interpretation of this character.

Sure, we've already had a stand-alone Superman movie, but with all the other movies being confirmed, it does seem like Superman is being overlooked.

Who knows, maybe once BvS is released, they'll be more forthcoming about new Superman information.

I hope to Buddha, Terrio in his script revision got Henry and Amy to break the 4th wall in BvS about both their hairs.
