The Chechen is actually from Idaho, but suffered a stroke a year and a half ago and now speaks with a vaguely Eastern-European accent. He likes a man in makeup cwink.

I like how The Chechen seems to actually like The Joker....he looks moderately impressed by the magic trick, is the one to hire him (seemingly over Maroni's misgivings), and is even nodding along when The Joker is naming his likes like dynamite and gunpowder. He seems pretty cool with the J-Man right up until the goons start pouring gasoline on the money, and then it's "WTF?!". Sadly, shortly thereafter, The Chechen met his end. As he said himself, his dogs were HUUUUUUUNGGGGRRRRYYYYYYYY!!!!
