I actually love the design of the USM Goblin, I just hate his size. I think a smaller, slimmer version of that would work, though. I like that he actually looks like a goblin rather than a flamboyant elf.

I'd combine both looks but lose the elf hat and give him the purple cloak instead.

I think he should transform into the 616 Goblin. Wearing a mask like that just wouldn't fit this universe IMO. So he can transform like USM Goblin, but it will be into 616 Goblin. He will also retain his intelligence and basically act and do everything 616 Goblin does; it's just after a while, he will return human. If Harry's the Goblin, his addiction to the Goblin Serum will be a nice homage to his drug addiction.

I still want a blend of the 616 and Ultimate Goblins. Either a suit that looks sort of Ultimate-ish or a transformation that looks like the 616 -or anything in between- would be pretty cool to me. I like when different sources are blended together for an adaptation.

As for fireballs, eh. I guess it could be done, but I wouldn't prefer it.

How much Ultimate have you read? He only starts out stupid in like, his first two appearances. Norman gets control over his Goblin state.

If Norman takes a cross-species derived Goblin formula, the ears could be bat's ears, the green skin could be from a lizard, the purple cloth could be adapted as a kind of snake's hood and the bits of armor could be scrap from Rhino's suit, or raised plates of armor like you'd find on certain animals.

If they do decide to go with the straight forward 616 costume/glider, that is the way to go. That design is amazing. I don't know if they had the budget to use that back in 2002, so I think that was partially the reason for getting the "Power Ranger" suit instead. But now that would be peanuts.

Not entirely sure, and not hating on that guy at all or anything, but after watching Catfish and all that, you can't believe who is who online. And at the end of the day, nothing is officially confirmed unless by Marc and Co./Sony.

Oh, to be sure, I have my reservations too. But the way people talked about the guy does make me think there may be some truth to what he says. Especially since he apparently gave a heads up about some things and shared some of his concept art.
