I liked the Hulk movie I don't care what anyone says

This New Hulk movie should Fix this Holywood mess...

Its funny, this new Hulk strays further away from the comics than Ang's movie did, yet you and many others are looking forward to it?

The Hulk movie was awsome.
In the beginning i was lost.
Now i understand it.The movie was great.

A few re-watches and everything in the movie becomes clear IMO, and you get a good sense of what it was aiming for, hence why i still love it all these years later .

AVIE, I respect your opinion but mine is different. This new film actually gets some things right that Ang's movie didn't.

For one and the most obvious, Hulk doesn't grow 25ft. in the new film.
Two, the Hulk actually gets to battle real foes from his rogues' gallery in the comics such as the Hulkbusters and Abomination. There'll be no silly hulk dogs fight in the new film.
Three, there will be more supporting characters from Hulk's own comics that make an appearance in the new film such as Sterns and Samson. They are even trying to tie this Hulk more to the Marvel Universe by making indirect references to other iconic institutions from the comics.

These are only a few of the reasons I'm looking forward to it.

Hulk's origin should not be shared with Cap's. Did Spidey share his origin with anyone's?... did DD or Blade or the Fantastic s**ts?...yeah, didnt think so. Samson is ok when in human form, but a big guy with green hair running around is not something i'm looking forward to seeing. Also, what the hell is Talbot if he's not a supporting character?... why the hell isnt he in the new movie? Hulk busters?... you do know that they are just Amry guys here right?... they didnt name them in the first movie, thats all. So, as long as Hulk doesnt grow, your fine with them TOTALLY rapping his origin, TOTALLY rapping Abombs origin, TOTALLY rapping the Leader's origin, also, completely NOT using 2 of the most IMPORTANT supporting characters Hulk has ever had?... thats Talbot and Rick jones BTW, just in case you forgot. Please...it's not like it hasn't been done before. In the comics, the Hulk, Fantastic Four, Spidey and X-men all share a common bond in their creation. It's called radiation. Gamma Rays, Cosmic Rays and irradiated spiders. If you want to generalize and call TIH the "ultimate version" and don't want to go see it. Fine. Don't go see it but that's not stopping me. You don't want to see Samson? Okay, good for you. You and I aren't the same person. I do. Now if you want to go all purist on me, okay. Talbot was in Ang's film but we both know, he was only TINO. He wasn't T'bolts right hand man and he certainly wasn't Major Talbot. The truth of the matter is, Ang and LL have both made changes from the original source and Ang's film was no more faithful than LL's upcoming film seems to be. You want to talk about raping Hulk's origin? Ang did it and now LL is doing it and I never stated LL was more faithful, only he got some things right. You know what though? Along with all the raping, I made peace with LL's upcoming film. Ang's version of Hulk's origin and LL's version of Hulk's origin is spilled milk. They're done deals, already made. I don't waste my time crying over spilled milk. I'm going to go see TIH with an open mind and I'll make up my decision whether I like it or not after I've seen it. I personally try not to prejudge things and stay objective, til' after the experience and that's worked out pretty well for me so far.

I'll say this though, I'm going to see TIH and years later whenever the powers that be decide to make the ALL NEW, 100% FAITHFUL HULK I'll go see that too, with an open mind.

No problem, i respect you opinion as well, but IMO, this new one is straying further away from the comics than Ang's did IMO.

Plus Hulk never grew to 25ft in Ang's movie, his maximum height throughout was 15 ft.

AVEI, as far as I'm concerned, they both strayed away from the original source and trying to determine who strayed more is like splitting hairs.

According to the bonus DVD in the Hulk stats, he grew to a height of 25ft.

Well thats the stupid thing, they have been claiming from the start this new movie will be more accurate, when IMO it is less so.

If you are gonna do a re-boot, common sense should tell you to go closer to the comics when a big complaint about the original was that it wasnt faithful enough.

About Talbot, he was in there, he worked for T'bolt and he was a major pain in the ass for Bruce and he had the hots for Betty, THATS Talbot. He's doing it now out of jealousy and greed instead of patriotism. Ang's Hulk stuck very close to the REAL version of the Hulk we know, the version that Stan Lee created and other writers worked on and improved, LL's making his version of the Ultimate Hulk, which is not what many Hulk fans want to see, at least not the hardcore fans who've read the comic books all their lives. You are right Sava, The X-Men had nothing to do with radiation, it was simply evolution, which the first movie got perfectly.

As for Ang's Hulk, you already know i agree with you .
