New poster is nice. And that early praise is hype.

Insomnia
Inception
Interstellar

I'm telling you, in 50 years, Nolan will reveal that these films were connected in some way. And I'm probably not the first one to claim this on these boards, eh?

Inception + Interstellar = Interception, Nolan's next film

@firstshowing I know two people who have seen it. Brought them both to tears.

@tdsmth @firstshowing Now there are three, it's extremely emotional on a massive and yet intimate level.

@Andyzach @firstshowing Both are involved with the marketing, so they didn't go into detail. Just gushing about father/daughter storyline.

@ScottFeinberg
There's a hell of a big INTERSTELLAR sign at the AMC Empire 25 in Times Square...

Its based on the true story of the Gotham Rogues' struggle to overcome class conflict during their championship season.

I hope we get a runtime soon. Id like 150 minutes or less.

do you ever think we over anlze the the **** of a movie v=before if tcomes out.

Empire Magazine.

Anne Hathaway: "It’s not a dry, science-based film. It has a pulse. It’s got blood in its veins."

Good comments. Anne has me very excited for the movie. :dj

I've seen it. It's okay I guess. Not Nolan's best movie, but it's still better than TF4.

So...You've seen it, and therefore you won't mention how you've seen it, in what context, in the most cryptic, nonchalant manner?

I'm friend with Mcgonugget's gardener, and we went to Mattis' house to watch the movie. He's more friendly in real life than he is in True Detective.

Jessica was there too. She was the one who cut the lemons for our lemonade. She's a really down to earth person, unlike Anne Hathaway. Anne couldn't shut her mouth during the whole movie "see, it's me there! Look how great I look! I'm a movie star you know!".

Mcgonugget was still the nicest one. He did massage my shoulders during the whole movie.

I'm sure he gives an alright alright massage.

it was like the movie. Not the best thing ever, but it was okay. Also, since all of this was given to me for free, I shall be nice to them. It's not Nolan's 1941 yet.

I like Nolan, but these Kubrick comparisons are always ridiculous. Outside of both directors being considered "cold" and dismissive of the female characters , they are nothing alike. Either the process itself (Kubrick was as rigid as it gets , Nolan is extremely loose in form) or the films , they really don't have a lot in common.

The other similar denominator is that Warner probably funds almost everything he'll make in the future like they did with Kubrick (well not everything). But that's kinda it.

Tell me more about this...Mattis McGonugget. :shr:

How did Kubrick get Warners to fund his projects anyways? Considering they weren't mainstream friendly like Tarantino's. Look at guys like PTA now. He has to break his back to fund his projects. Aronofsky's got a lucky break with Black Swan; he doesn't have to worry about funding for a while. Poor PTA. The most talented filmmaker in the world and nobody wants to spend money on his projects.
