Don't you realize they are not showing the costume until the release of Iron Fist. He's probably going the Daredevil route and not get his costume until the end. Then why would the Defender's ad campaign include such a big spoiler?

They are purposely having the heroes not suiting up on the cover so you don't get to see the new costume.

Remember that you don't see DD's costume until the show was released.

The Twitter account says "no suit required" and also tweeted Daredevil. It was telling Daredevil "no suit required."

Those links are BS. They are just referring to a speculative answer from Charlie Cox during a fan Q&A well before filming or anything had actually started. Finn Jones wasn't there and saying he has a costume.

Look at both those links. They are just talking about the same panel and the same answer. They aren't two differently sources stories giving us different information. If anyone's grasping at straws, it's you and Bob.

What did Cox actually say then? None of the articles have his actual quotes or context. Cox could've easily just been assuming Iron Fist would get a costume. Why? Because he actually has one in the comics. Might not have been a firm confirmation.

There's nothing there Darkraid. You aren't going to put on a costume and mask while you wear a beard. Batman doesn't do that. Captain America doesn't do that. Daredevil doesn't do it. Green Lantern doesn't do that. They've ditched the costume man.

Why would he start wearing a costume and care to conceal his identity when he's fighting all sorts of thugs without any type of mask at all? He doesn't really seem too concerned about it at all. The costume is a non-entity.

Yeah, people seem to be forgetting the No Mask-Beard Law from 1999, where it's clearly stated that using a mask while having a beard is forbidden because of the 86.8% chance that your mask will get stuck in your beard and therefore make it harder for you to breathe. Safety first, people.

He's not wearing a mask in any of the fights here. He's always maskless in plain clothes. So all the villains can clearly see his face and tell who he is.
