The pop quiz was adorable, I saw it before going to work today and I was distracted so badly the whole day :funny:

...was Leto's laugh(s) good? Varied (different from the trailers)?

Oh god, I'm grasping for something to like! :funny: :(

Don't worry, you'll have an entire movie to watch and then decide what you do and don't like about it.

I swear, this is like 'deja vu', watching people turn on the movie and become disappointed in the week leading up to release...before actually watching the movie themselves.

Does the Joker have a cool action scene? I mean, doing something awesome? This includes the car chase as well. Thank you.

For all that "Watch out for SS, haters!!" bravado over the last year or so, it really hasn't taken much for the whole section to collapse into despair. :funny:

I'm still thinking the high end will be in the 70's, low maybe the upper-50's RT%-wise... But then, I've not placed an incredible amount of importance on every single total strangers cryptic Tweets, so... :o

Too many DC fans are apparently like crystal glass. Delicate.

Yeah, I doubt he literally has only 10 minutes of screen-time.

Don't cry to me when that's the case guys. I think people overestimate screentime a lot I feel a lot more confident in saying 10min than any other 5min multiple.

Right but to say he won't be memorable like Jack or Heath at this point is dumb honestly. It's kinda silly to say too even after we see SS. Because he is not the primary villain like he was in Batman 89 or TDK and because he does not have Batman to have a back and forth with, like he did in those 2 films. So honestly until he's in a Batman movie and can have that back and forth with Batfleck and really have a bigger role, it's silly to say he won't be memorably like the other 2 cinematic Jokers.

Ok but listen up, a character could be memorable with only 15 minutes. Hannibal for example.

The fact is Joker Leto was supposed to have more scene and an impact in the story, saving Harley Quinn. Even if the focus was on the squad, this Joker had everything to be a memorable character... Nevermind, no big deal.

Joker's appearance in the new 52 Squad was just a crossover for Scott Snyder's Death of The Family. I read that some of the other Batman writers refused to delay their ongoing storylines for Death of The Family like how Grant Morrison didn't crossover Batman INC with Snyder's Batman storyline.

The Joker featured in the Catwoman, Batgirl, Nightwing, Red Hood, Teen Titans and Batman and Robin comics during the DOTF arc. I don't think anyone refused to use him.

I remember reading an interview at the time and apparently the writers were given a choice as to whether or not that wanted to partake in the event.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Too true. Sad but true unfortunately.

I'm more hyped than ever. Can't wait to see it in Imax tomorrow!

1. Ledger 2. Nicholson 3. Hamill 4. Romero deadlast ...........Leto

If Letoker's screentime is as short as is alleged, it would seem premature to try to rank his interpretation amongst his predecessors.

It's really disappointing if he's only in it for 10 minutes. If that's truly the case, then I guess we've already seen most of his performance in the trailers and TV spots?!!

Yes, that's it. We're delicate in that we have trouble stomaching sh**ty movies.

I'm not going to cry to anyone at all because I already understand the Joker is not meant to be the central focus here.

All too true, unfortunately.

He's not meant to be the central focus of the movie, sure. But, he's also very important in the DCeU. Especially if they ever want to use him in a Batman solo movie.

Leto has been seen in....what? 4 or 5 outfits.

That's quite a few changes to fit into 10 min of screentime. It'll be like a halftime performance.
