The final nail."This is the biggest switch and bait I've ever seen. They pitched me a smart film that was grounded in reality. And now what do we have? I haven't seen the film yet, but I'm told it's a completely different movie. The person I feel most sorry for is David [Ayer]. He put his heart and soul into this film. Everyone did, but he's getting blamed for something the studio did. This is unprecedented. This is bigger than McGee's penis. All the hard work that went into this production. I was warned ahead time about how Kevin Tsujihara works. I'm contractually obligated to do more of these films. I can't even go rock climbing because of it."
- Jared Leto speaking to "The Hollywood Reporter"
Holy crap, is that real??
Completely forgot about this outfit.
So ... Does anyone think that [blackout]Joker Batman[/blackout] was a deleted scene, too? Or was the Comic Con display and the Hot Toys figure just for fun?
Just a toy.
The site that can't be named now post an article with the actual fact
Men are still good.
I really hope we get a chance to to see the deleted scenes.
Who knows though, maybe the very limited screen time will allow them to more easily alter their interpretation of the joker. I guess that can be seen as a positive for anybody that didn't quite dig what they saw in this movie.
Personally? Outside of the delivery of a line or two, I really liked it. I can see why people wouldn't though.
Leto wasn't the problem, He's a great actor. It was the writing and what they decided to do with the character.I think there's a lot of potential for him as the joker. Just needs the right people (Ben Affleck!) to deliver it.
I think a new movie with a new team(Ben Affleck!) could right the wrongs of a previous movie if done right. If you're open to letting it.
....ok. thread just got weirder...
Lols.
Sad state of journalism these days. Sites are more interested in posting Sensationalist headlines and click bait articles then actual verified content.
fan fiction is passed as news these days.
people are willing to disregard logic if it fits their narrative.
I wish Jared actually felt that way because that would make it unlikely that he would return. However, I refuse to live in denial.
