It's blurry as hell but with the white makeup he has on, it really seems like blood splattered on his face.

You're right. I guess he made some bloody (literally so) mess and that's also why he is just in his shirt.

Yeah, though I'm not sure about this. Wasn't he on tour? I'm guessing that it's flashback given how Harleen looks like - casual outfit, no tats and no white skin.

ALways blurry when you take a pic at full zoom. It's not like he was that close, he'd have been caught.

How far was he though? I really mean the shots of the car & that perspective. He/She had to have been shaking like a leaf to get a shot like that.

Makes me wonder when this sequence is taking place. All flashbacks? Maybe thats why Harley is looking so sad, with the rain emphasising her depressed mood? Thinking about all the fun they've had together, and perhaps seeking to break him out of Arkham by the film's end.

We don't have a good clear look but I am guessing these are indeed for a flashback before both the ink and the teeth. And... I really think this flashback shows how Batman caught Joker and punched his teeth right out. My guess.
