Unless they write him not that way.
Not sure I follow...Unless they write him not that way.
I really need this JGL rumor to die. I desperately want to look forward to this movie, but if the first live-action film to ever depict Superman and Batman onscreen together doesn't even feature Bruce Wayne, I'm honestly not even going to bother with it.
Dont be narrow minded. Its not confirmed to be false. His reps HAVE to deny it. Are they gonna spill the beans and say YES ITS TRUE! if its up to WB to release the news or keep it a secret? Hell no. Itll be false when WB says its false in a press release regarding Justice League. No need to worry, the rumor was false. JGL and his agents have both denied the story. I don't know what other proof is needed.

First off JGL's stake has risen to where they're going to have to pay him pretty hefty if they want him in.
Fair enough, but it's not settled just because a rep refused the rumor. It means nothing.I'm not being narrow minded. It smacks of BS. First off JGL's stake has risen to where they're going to have to pay him pretty hefty if they want him in. It may have been considered at one point, but I'm not buying it.

Okay, consider this. After months of saying "I'm not doing JL or being involved", Christopher Nolan is now being coy about whether his Batman actors will appear in JL or make a cameo in MOS.
Does that not set off your alarm? It seems more and more likely Nolan will be involved with JL alongside Zack Snyder. Whether that participation extends to his actors is another thing entirely.

I'm actually not against the idea of JGL/Batmain in Justice League as long as he retains a Batman-ish personality and if the JL story is actually any good.
However, now that I think of it, what does WB/DC have to gain by casting JGL as Batman?
We never actually saw JGL become Batman. It's very possible he didn't feel he could live up to the legacy of Batman and became nightwing instead. Or it's possible he did become Batman, appears for a bit in Justice League and is either defeated, kidnapped, or killed and Bruce comes out of retirement and becomes Batman again. A lot can happen.
