I like Oliver as a character on the show, and Justin does have a charm and not least an impeccable comidic timing from time to time. But do you think he does the Green Arrow justice? I know they changed the character almost completly from the comics, to be SV's version of Batman. But still?
The Green Arrow is the only regular real fleshed-out-in-costume Superhero on the show. But when he appear it's kinda a meh feeling I get. I think I may be feeling Oliver is to much of a regular easy going guy, to buy him as a superhero. The DC's superheroes should all have a outerworldly presence that I don't get from Justin in Green Arrow scenes. He's not at all bad. But not superhero-great.
I remember thinking when I saw the episode with the Dark Archer that this is how the Green Arrow should be. (Except from Dark Archer being a bad guy doing bad guys things of course.)
Now I know I will be flamed to death by this thread, but I just want to know if I'm alone in feeling this way.
