Maybe the only one to hate working with him but others clearly disliked the attitude and the environment Crawford created. So Wayans was the only one who hated working with Crawford?
He's not a millennial.
Haha, yeah, assuming the stuff in that report is legit, they each come off as total manchildren.
Jeez, to think, the movies with Mel Gibson all came off as a pretty tight-knit pleasant working environment from what we know.
An ageing Major Payne and a d*ckhead millennial with a man-bun are the ones causing things to spill out of control?
Crawford channelling the spirit of Mel Gibson during his DUI arrest and his rants against his girlfriend?Haha. You don't want to make Mel Gibson angry. You wouldn't like it when he's angry.
I can't link the youtube version of the Crawford rant (foul language rule on SHH!)
but the actor having to listen to this actually looks like he's scared. Most likely staying in character

Nothing against SWS, but this show doesn't deserve to be on due to the shenanigans Wayans pulled to get Crawford off the show followed by his Twitter meltdown that occurred when fans and actual crew members from the show defended Crawford and called out Wayans' own diva behavior on-set. He subsequently threatened to leave if certain crew members he thought were loyal to Crawford weren't fired. WB kowtowed to his demands and fired nearly 1/3 of the show's production crew.
Given the way things ended on the show both on and off screen it is probable he's dead and not retired. So I guess Riggs is dead after last season's cliffhanger? Or maybe, to avoid any sombre mood, they'll say that he quit after that and went off into retirement.
Most of the cast said positive things about Crawford. It seems like Wayans was the only one who didn't get along with him.

I'm not sure exactly when he was fired and when he was publically fired. The way things were going on the set it probably was meant to set up either way. The cliffhanger was so open he could survive the gunshot though in reality it probably would've been fatal but it's television so they could have given him the miracle "missed anything vital" dodge.
Most likely I think they will move on from that plot rather than focus too much on it. Try to distance the series from the bad blood between the actors. But who knows. Maybe the showrunners will want to punish Wayans for being an ass on the set and drag it out.
Does he have so much pull on the show as a whole?
He is Damon Wayans. He's the biggest name on the show. The second biggest is probably Jordana Brewster because she was in the Fast and Furious movies. Clayne was third due to his role in Rectify. But yeah, Wayans is a bigger name.
Is Brewster even coming back to the show? Her character was important for Riggs.
