I wouldn't mind if most mutants were wiped out by a virus. Might explain why Logan's healing factor seems severely weakened and also why he looks so much older now.

After I witnessed the disappointing Red Dead Redemption 2 "Trailer", I'm even more grateful for the fantastic Logan Trailer we got today.

You know that rockstar always teases. Do you really need to come into the Logan thread to bring up the disappointment? There is a RDR thread.

Hmmm something like the Legacy Virus? That could somehow tie into Cable at some point. They could kill off the mutants but with the time travel stuff they could theoretically go back at some point and stop the virus from happening. If that ends up being the case here.

Not sure, I haven't been paying attention to this production. But given how those claws look (if they are indeed claws) I believe it would match up with Daken's three-pronged look.

I doubt wolverine will have killed the X-Men but i do question whether the X-Men are even alive in the movie, i didn't think they would go that far but perhaps they did.

I think Legacy virus is what they'll go with. It could tie in a lot of stuff with Mr. Sinister, Cable coming into the play. We could be wrong tho.

Chances are they would rather it be natural old age rather then virus old age

BUT HOW IN THE HELL IS PROFESSOR X STILL ALIVE? I mean seriously he should have been dead in Days of Future Past if you look at the time line. Logan also shouldn't have aged and here he's old but the Professor is still alive and practically looks the same? WTF?

None of the timeline is making any sense. Also if they are using X23 for this movie then she's not to be used in the upcoming X-MEN Film?

Fox seems to be doing more damage on this time line than anything else. They really need to scrap this franchise clean then reboot.

If it's Legacy then they are probably all dead, I'm just completely flabbergasted that Professor X is still alive. He should have been dead ages ago especially with Logan showing signs of aging. Before Logan grew his first gray hair X would have been dead decades and by the time Rogue, Storm and Jean hit their 60's he would have looked like he did in DOFP.

Well Sentinels were a menace to both humans and mutants. Even if Mutants are all slaughtered, atleast the humans survive. Guess Magneto was right, he always is.

Happy to see Logan doesn't have a love interest (Wolverine crying about women again = yawn).

The X-Men all being dead is highly annoying as someone who has disliked Wolverine's prominence in the films at the disadvantage of others, but it seems to work for this story. So whatever. Guess we'll have to settle for young 90s X-Men going forward.
