I looked through it, and the mods closed it due to crude comments. :funny:

It would be hard NOT to get all pornorific with the pics in the Thick Women thread though, yeah.

Eh. We were good at telling other people about not breaking the rules, and none of it was any worse than what you see in the Hotties thread. It was just women in their underwear, but nothing too gratuitous. Near the end it was basically thick chicks in long tights. Of course there is the whole, "Ohhhh boy. If you saw what we saw you would see why it was closed," line, but a lot of us didn't see anything that was against the rules. Basically it was closed because of the same reason why that Ashley Graham commercial was banned.

That for some big boobs and big behinds make it about "sex" and not "beauty"? Please clarify your thoughts for me E-man. Is that what you mean?

That thread would probably win thread of the year if it was still around.

Damn it, I knew this was going to happen. I passed out earlier and now I'm up at 3 am and can't get back to sleep

Since becoming a fan of WHO with the reboot, I actually don't trust anything fans of the franchise have to say about anything. Seriously, WHO fans are the worst. They nitpick everything to death and it seems, if you take their comments at face value, that most every episode is horrible. Sorry WHO fans, but that's the impression you too often leave. Some may defend that with saying it's par for the course with fandoms, but I don't know. WHO fans seem like they are WAY too persnickety.

I think Batfans are FAR worse. Possibly the worst fans I've ever met.

Yeah... but they are the worst to everyone else and to each other. :cwink: But they seem to actually like the product they are given in the mainstream.

With WHO, it's like nothing done in any given episode is ever good enough.
Comments along the lines of "Last episode? You mean that TRAGEDY from Saturday night?" don't help to change that impression. It's just a personal observation I've had. It's subjective to the max... But given the comments in the WHO thread right here on the Hype, tell me I'm off my nut totally?

Every fan likes a different part of Doctor Who. Personally I find it impossible to watch any episodes from the First Doctor, but I know he has massive fans. Like Manic enjoys the Audio EU, but I've always prefered the comic book EU. And then there's crazy fans that think everything should mesh together into one wonderful whole, when it's impossible.

I really don't like the episode Blink, but it's apparently one of the best ever made. It's all opinion. But generally Whovians will accept this in real life, where as Batfans will find your hotel room and murder you in your sleep for saying Nolan's films suck.

The hotties thread has some nice stuff, but there's always those days where it's just Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez, Kristin Stewart, and Miley Cyrus. :csad:

Can someone explain to me why Kristin Stewart and Miley Cyrus are hot? Stewart looks exactly like the sleepy chick who works at my local Dairy Queen, and Cyrus seems certifiably insane, like the kind of person who will set your house on fire if you invite her over for dinner (after she's already smeared feces on your bathroom walls).

The main flaw in Twilight is that Stewart is the least attractive person in the cast and I find it utterly impossible to find that two people would fight over when you combine it with the fact her character has no personality.

I don't find Kristen Stewart attractive, and her mannerism of constantly having her mouth open and being capable of one facial expression of awkward confusion doesn't help.

That, and she's completely vapid and brings nothing to her roles.

Was the episode not good?

Major Doctor Who spoilers:

In the episode the Doctor spends all but the last fifteen minutes in his regenerative healing phase where he acts like an idiot getting all his past confused and is honestly way too childish. Once he snaps out of it though it's glorious and Peter is just perfect.

Even more major spoiler:

Also, Matt Smith makes a cameo at the end to convince his companion he needs help.

I saw the Honest Trailer for Twilight, they mentioned that
When I saw her Snow White movie I thought to myself "she really does keep her mouth open all the time"

No worse then George Clooney's head bob.

You know who I like as an actor based on an odd thing they do in every role? Tom Cavanagh. He always looks utterly drunk.
