I'm exciting about GOTG; I hope it succeeds as a) it looks great b) I'd love for Marvel to allow for more experimental approaches to the material or comics to be adapted.

I saw the sneak peak for GOTG and the few scenes I saw fantastic, honestly I'm expected a great movie, it will at least be hilarious (probably marvels funniest to date).

To be fair the past decade or so did use something similar to the lineup in the movie and Marvel has already swapped a few things around to make the comics like the movie will be.

I really hope that when they get to Knowhere (the big floaty head thing) that they meet Cosmo, the russian telepathic dog. I love that guy.

They had a cheapie Rocket trade on sale at the store from the 80's. Saying it was strange was an understatement. The current Rocket book was actually quite good, much to my relief. He's my favorite so far.

I don't know much about Farscape. But from what I've seen so far GotG looks kind of like a cross between Star Wars, Firefly and Flash Gordon.
