I just think Statham would have gotten more out of that character than Tom. Stoic badass is not in Tom's wheelhouse, but it sure is Jason's.

I like Tom and enjoyed the film for what it was. Still, Tom was the wrong guy for that part. That should have been Statham.

This is my 2nd time seeing it. I enjoyed it well enough in theaters. Vogt-Roberts brought a lot of flavor to it I thought. But yeah, Hiddleston was epically miscast. I'm not even saying it has to be a total gruff Statham type, but at the very least get someone on the believability level of the guys from Strike Back, lol.
