If Millar was to be believed, we should have seen a Wanted movie with Eminem and Halle Berry and a Superman trilogy written by him and directed by Vaughn.
 
sadly we gotta face the fact. without WB backing, i think 99% Zack won't bring Brandon back.

and he only got supporting roles after SR. he will gonna fade from the industry. the superman curse.

His BS spreading is so well-known and documented that I frankly think of any movie-news writer covering his latest claim as a moron.

It's not even worth mentioning in the context of "Look at how full of **** he is this time." We're past that. Just don't give the idiot the time of day.

yeah, I know! Chuck's sister looks like Wonder Woman, Captain Awesome looks like a superhero, Adam Baldwin voiced Supes in an animated movie and could make a decent Batman, imo, Matt Bomer (Bryce) was almost going to play Superman, Yvonne (Sarah) could easily play another female hero like Black Canary, Levi (Chuck) could also play another Superhero like Flash or the like, and Brandon.. he is Superman. :word: :woot:

Nice that you're watching the show, btw. The first 3 season are great, the current one (fourth season) not so much so far. :csad:

yea i always thought that chucks sister(sara lancaster) could play wonder woman, or lois. All though she does seem rather tall to play lois i suppose. If i didnt know BR, i would definetly pick Ryan Mcpartlin to play supes. His looks and voice is awesome..

Well, it depends on your tastes; for the fans of the Chuck and Sarah relationship, the current season is the best ever, but for us who prefer the spy story and comedy to drive the show, not so much... just keep watching, like I said, the first 3 seasons are golden and must see tv, imo.

I've really thought about this hard for sometime about Routh as Superman. I thought his performance was mixed in my opinion but I think the things I didn't like about it was probably not his fault. It was like a movie about Christopher Reeve as Superman with Brandon playing Reeve. Now if Routh can bring his own portrayal to the table and have a more Superman presence like in TAS or the Justice league series then I am all for it.

Can he do it? I think he can, so I'm officially throwing my support for Routh as Superman.
 
It is depressing to see that Routh is not the front runner for this new movie, despite the fact that now he truly looks 'Superman', more than he ever did in Superman Returns. :(
 
I'd like to see Brandon Routh reprise the role. The problem with Returns was the direction and the script, not Routh.

While I'm not exactly doing backflips of Routh's performance in SR (he's just a bit too distant and not charming/friendly enough) I'll say I still like him in both roles and he probably takes too many personal hits for SR not being a succes.

I hope they go for a new unknown actor, because that'd be more exiting, but I wouldn't mind seing what he could do with the part now where he seems older and more experienced and Singer's not involved.
