and as much as i hate bendy soft plastic.. it would have been kinda cool to have medusa with it. but im just glad to have her! (hopefully)

this is really a perfect set all around

I really prefer classic Blaastar. He has such a typical Jack Kirby design. As I said before, this new version looks more like Doomsday or the Maestro.

Wait, I thought these were all 3.75". But I just read the Thanos Imperative line is 6." **** YES a Legends scale Star Lord. I don't have $100 for the set though, and he's a set exclusive. Not to mention SDCC exclusive. :argh:

quick question is there any companies that make a stand that has pegs on it that fit the bottoms of these figures? I wanna display my CA2 Widow on my dash of my car at a show and with her feet she is hard to stand without the use of a stand.

I know. We'll probably see him loose on ebay around 40 or 50 bucks, though. So there's hope. Expensive hope, but hope.

honestly? that's a great way to have your car broken into.. and possibly ruin the figs via sun damage.. Also.. no matter the base, i don't think they can handle the inertia of a car.

it would not be in the car the whole time and NOT when it is moving it would be on the dash and the car would be locked up when I am not around it at said show/shows.

Did you try the Build A Floor pieces from the Captain America ML wave? She'll probably stay on that.

I wouldn't leave her on your dash, though. No good can come of it.

Edit: before the Cap wave. The Return of Marvel Legends waves.

I got a dozen of them from eBay for about 20 bucks. They're pretty cool, actually. They all connect obviously, but you can make a solid floor or stack them as steps. Very cool. I will say this, they won't fit the older Marvel Legends figures. Anything pre-"Return of ML" won't fit. Their holes are just a hair too small for the pegs. But the new Infinite waves, Wolverine Legends and even the Star Wars Black Series all fit. Good stuff.[/QUOTE]

and is rumored to be full of the swaps for those who missed them.

Walgreens get exclusives? Who the **** goes to Walgreens for toys?

this is a new trend... apparently the walking dead toys were exclusive to there as well

I've gone to a place called DEALS that's like a dollar store and paid only 5 bucks for the hard to find Mark 1 Iron man.
LOOK EVERYWHERE for hard to find Figures. I might try there for Widow!

Finally grabbed this bad boy today.

I've got TASM, Superior SM, Black Cat and Carnage from that set. I don't care about buying the beetle or electro, so I'm missing a leg and arm to complete the Goblin.

And that Agent Venom looks SWEET. Probably going to have to pick that one up.

I figured this belongs here too.

Updates of Marvel legends from SDCC:

There's going to be an exclusive Target Marvel Legend 3-pack - Captain America, Radioactive Man, and Ms. Marvel. The looks to be a redo of the Ultimate Cap but with more of a Classic Cap look. He'll also come with an unmasked head in the pack.

Marvel Legends Avengers Infinite Series Wave 1:

Comic Scarlet Witch
Hawkeye - Heroic Age variant we were to get from the Rocket Raccoon Wave
Captain Marvel - Carol Danvers
Machine Man
Marvel Now Thor
Sentry - the same fig that was to swap with Hyperion

BAF Odin

From the reveals so far we are going to get four of lost figures we were shown at past SDCCs - Classic Hawkeye, Sentry, Marvel Now Thor, and Radioactive Man. Five if you include Walgreen's exclusive Agent Venom.

Edit: supposedly there are supposed to be three more figures added to this wave plus there will be swaps as well. Was said to expect 8 or 9 figures just for wave one.

Wave 2 is to be a mix of comic and movie figures.

Can't wait!

I will update when they reveal more from the next Spider-man wave tomorrow or if they reveal more tonight.

Some Marvel Select reveals were Cable and Carnage.

Back with some more info.

The Avengers Legends will have 3 or 4 waves.
- Wave 1 will be an all comic wave.
- The rest of the waves will be mixed movie/comic.
- These will be released Jan/Feb.

There will not be any more X-Men Legends until possibly 2016 X-Men: Apocalypse. That will depend on how the current Toys R Us exclusive wave sells.

Due to good sales, Spider-Man will release a 3rd wave around Jan/Feb.

Expect to see more box sets released. That will be a way of seeing more of the unreleased figures.

Thanks for the updates, man.

I've been wondering about that Heroic Age Hawkeye. I want it. :argh:

Updates:

They've added the missing Iron Fist to the Avengers line and put Heroic Age Hawkeye back up there after taking him out yesterday. The BAF Odin will actually have swap pieces to make an Old Thor as well.

For Spider-Man Legends wave 1
- The knew Hobgoblin (Phil Urich sp??)
- A new comic Spider-man - comes multiple hands (thwip hands, fists, wall crawling hand, and a hand holding pizza) and swap head with masked pulled up to the nose.
- May Day Parker Spider-Girl

That's it so far. Could be more reveals later today or on the panel on Saturday.

Update:
The Phil Urich Hobgoblin is the BAF for the Spidey wave.
- The wave will consist of 5 or 6 figures
- They are not sure if there will be swaps with this wave.
- Spider-Man 2099 has just been put out and part of the wave!

Update #2:
- Hasbro is saying they are working on a Marvel toy website for collectors that will have Q&A, news on future waves
- They have confirmed there will be some swaps for this new Spider-man wave.
- They plan on revealing 3 or 4 figures for Avengers wave 2 tomorrow at their panel.
- There will supposedly be 2 ML figures shown tomorrow that doesn't have anything do with any of the lines we see at the booth. I hope they are freaking good!
- Last, we could see some multi packs most shown tomorrow at their panel.

Hasbro Panel Update:

Avengers Wave 2 2015
Wave 2 Build a Figure – THANOS - It’s his more recent comic look
Nick Fury - Movie
AGENT COULSON - Two heads – one with sunglasses and one without in suit, w/gun
Maria Hill
Hellcat
Spider-Woman - Comes with open and closed wings

6″ 5 pack, Star Lord, Groot, Rocket, Gamora, and Drax in classic uniforms

I believe these are the two I mentioned not related to any of the lines (couldn't tell from the feed):
Magik
Dormammu!

The toyark feed lost it's wifi connection. This last bit is from marvelousnews:

Marvel Legends Nova was one of the best selling figures they've had and already talking about a second wave of Guardians of the Galaxy figures.

Bulldozer would have been in 2015 wave 1 but it would not have fit due to size with Odin but they are still working on getting it out. Made a hint it could end up being a Build-A-Figure for a future Marvel Legends wave this year.

Some of the delays like with Hawkeye and Iron Fist has allowed them to go back and improve them. Iron Fist will have multiple kung-fu hands.

Vehicles would be very tough for Marvel Legends. Jesse Falcon says he's glad they never released the one Toy Biz was working on because it would have been terrible.

They might try and test higher price point IE larger figures since they haven't lost much in the way of sales from the $20 6" basic figures.

Key characters they say that they will try to get more solid cases released to help fans the figures in demand in their hands.

X-Men figures for Marvel Legends we probably wouldn't see untill 2016 when X-Men: Apocalypse movie comes out.

They are now saying Hawkeye and Iron Fist are not swap figures but that Sentry and Machine Man are swaps. This is different from what we were told by Hasbro yesterday.

picked up Marvel Select Black Widow the other day, that brings my BW collection up to 3 (have the Pop bobble head and Cap 2 legends BW too).

really like that they are making movie maria and coulson
that new scarlet witch looks fantastic aswell

I forgot to mention they said again they were going to include the swaps in the cases for all the waves, instead of seeing the swaps at a later time.

They also said the Guardians 5 pack would have more of their Annihilation/classic look.

I'm pretty pumped about all these figures!

simplified full on update from SDCC...

Spider-Man Legends:
-Mayday Parker (Spider-Girl)
-Spider-Man 2099
-616 spidey with swapable heads and hands (includes wall crawling hands, and a pizza)

3 - Packs
-Ms Marvel (previous toybiz look, redone better)
-Ultimate Captain America (repaint of already released figure)
-Radioactive man
TARGET EXCLUSIVE

-MCU Fury
-MCU Maria Hill
-Agent Coulson
No word on what store will get them, but they were confirmed to be a 3 pack and not A2 legends

-3rd 3-pack mentioned but not specified who

Box Set:
Comic based Guardians of the galaxy. repainted Starlord, Gamora, repainted (with a new head) Rocket, new Drax on "luke cage" body, and a retooled baf of groot (likely with a comic head, possible soft goods uniform)

Avengers Legends:
-retooled unreleased ironfist
-unreleased sentry
-unreleased hawkeye
-scarlet witch
-machine man
-Captain Marvel - Carol
-Marvel Now Thor
-BAF ALL FATHER ODIN/Thor they have swapable parts like red skull version of Zola

Wave 2:
Hellcat
Spider-Woman
BAF THANOS (modern)

future figures...
Dormamu
Marvel Now Magik (boo!)
knowing hasbro's pattern in last few years... we are likely looking at next years SDCC box set... i imagine we may also recieve red/black doctor strange in that set

they are continuing to try to fit more unreleased figures in wave. It's predicted Blade will likely eventually show up in the spidey wave. No more X-men until 2016. Bulldozer is certainly on there minds, but he would not fit into the Avengers wave 1 line with Odin and Now Thor ... too many big characters for one wave apparently.
