Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - Part 2

This is the first game I've ever played online and needless to say I've been getting my ass kicked a lot. Cause honestly I'm not that good at fighting games.

Has anyone got any hatemail from sore losers?

No, I don't mean they would always be floating, but instead of jumping, holding up on the d-pad makes them hover into the air.

Yea it's his movement that gets me. I tend to suck something fierce with the slower characters. My Hulk and Thor are terrible and iv yet to try dormammu.

Thor is becoming one of my favorites. I use him for starting aerial combos.

MODOK is good if you never mistake him for a brawler. Only close combos he should be doing involve triple cube, for buffed beam super.

I'm fine with command flight in these games. Otherwise, Storm wouldn't be able to float. If anything, the duration's too short in 3.

I only tried him once and didn't like it. I'm not really good with the "floaty" characters like MODOK, Arthur, and Joe. I even find Deadpool a little too light-footed.

Storm is a little bit more manageable.

Yea I tend to agree altho Deadpool is a constant on my team along with Dante.

Yea, I played a dude whose connection sucked so I ended up leaving the match after he worked me over for a fee rounds, he then proceeded to call me a b***h for leaving.

Ah I see. I still don't know about that tho, I think you'd end up flying when you didn't intend to.

Okay so I'm enjoying this game so far.The lack of a story mode sucks after capcom was gloating about it before but oh well.

I dont like that the Mission Mode doesnt have the command inputs on screen. SFIV did. Instead here, you have to keep going into the pause menu to see what the button presses are. Makes it much harder than it needs to be as it comes down to memorization.

Also I didnt think the Mission Mode would be a straight rip of the Challenge mode. I thought there would be actual missions where you were placed in several different fight scenarios. That probably might have been a bit more entertaining

that would be bad as many combos involve holding directional buttons in the air. Holding up would mess with the timing of that. I think the game has it right with a command input. Unfortunately they drop way too soon. Flight in thisg ame seems alot more effective though than in past ones

Well, I got ''gay lag'' and ''you lag''.
It usually lags a bit before the match begins, but after that, it flows naturally. They lost because they sliped.

Nah, I think she will get her original MvC2 look. With Chris getting his S.T.A.R.S. costume, I would hope that they give her, hers for a matching set. Giving Wesker his, would complete the package. I mean she's gotta have this

Dante has some great moves but I try not to pick him for online play since there's a 90% chance the other guy picked him. I have yet to see anyone besides me use Spencer.

C. Viper's Ex moves are a complete waste of a super bar. I dont see the purpose in using them

Ah, I thought Chris' S.T.A.R.S. uniform is the one he had in RE5. That's why I assumed that Jill would get her Lost in Nightmare design as well.
