I am definitely looking forward to getting Jill. I liked her in MvC2 and from what I've been reading she'll be pretty good in MvC3 even though she'll have a new moveset or whatever.

I think we can count on Megaman Classic, Frank West, Hsien Ko, Sentinel, Elektra (for the hand stage), Taskmaster, Akuma, and one more person probably another returnee for Marvel.

It's hilarious (and slightly pathetic) that you're still clinging so much to this concept of the leaker being wrong and Mega Man HAVING to be in the game.

As for anyone who wants to go ''Well, why wait so late to reveal Megaman?" Why did they wait so late to reveal Spider-Man? From day 1 he was a given and we didn't get him well into the reveals.

They didn't wait long at all. He was within the first half dozen Marvel characters revealed. He was, however, held off until a primarily COMIC based event as opposed to a GAMING or TECHNOLOGY based event. Seriously, if they were gonna put the blue bomber in, he would have been revealed before TronBonne or Zero.

Kensk (who pretty much told us the game was coming before the first trailer) and N3ss both have revealed correct stuff about past Capcom games, took one look at his list and said ''Yeah, something's off about it, but mostly correct. Enjoy your 10 minutes of fame." Kensk commented that the roster would be 40+ and comments from the devs have said that. If there's 40 plus you best believe the Blue Bomber is in there.

The list is incomplete. They are not going to put in two fricking Megaman characters and a Megaman stage and leave him out. Especially when Megaman has three major projects coming out and is one of the only characters that could possibly get Japan to pick up this game.

What's pathetic is you pretending to know more than anyone else here, when really sadly you just don't.

There is nothing wrong with others wanting to believe he still might be in the game, and it's not your place to mock them for that. Heck, I'm still hoping he makes it in, although I would think he would have been revealed by now.

Leave it be, it's not hurting you that others think he should be in the game.

It's so odd how quick they've been to deny previous popular characters from MvC2 being in, but they won't confirm nor deny Megaman or Frank either time they are asked about.

With them changing Jill as a character, Frank would make for an awesome replacement as the 'zombie summoner' character.

He was a blast to play on TvC, and I truly hope he gets in this either as on disk or dlc down the road.

I hope you're right, but in the end...no matter what the final roster is...I'm getting the game either way.

If for some reason Mega Man or Frank West are not in the game, I'm sure we'll see them as dlc down the road.

maybe mega man and frank were planned for the initial roster, but they decided to keep them for DLC later which is why the news has been kinda back and forth on if they'd be in. Fighting games are the easiest to milk DLC from, you can intend to put 40 chars in the game, develop 40 chars, then stop and say, why dont we release 30, and keep the other 10 for dlc? no one ever said 40 was confirmed so I can see that happening

It also has a nice feature called "Reserve Unit" where you can "turn a page" on the select screen and find your three most commonly chosen teams + assists as pre-selectable items. If you're like most people and tend to play a few set teams, you can have those teams queued up and ready to rock without having to go scroll through the entire select screen every time. Very handy time-saver.

Pretty awesome feature.If there is an event on the 15th we'll probably get two more characters confirmed.Maybe we'll find out then whether we're only getting 36 characters.Although Capcom could just release Sentinel and Hsien-Ko videos while still having more characters in the game just to mess with fans.

Something tells me that even if there are others in the game...Capcom will end up following Lupinko's list just because it's already been leaked out there for a while now.

Really? I wish there was a new fighting game with DC characters...Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe was fun to play. The DC characters were great, specially Flash...

Played MK vs DC, it was alright. I just wish they could make a more comic aesthetic DC vs MK/Capcom/or SNK but preferably Capcom although they might be committed to Marvel at this point.

I'd love a DC vs Capcom, but I don't think it'd happen. DC vs SNK was thrown about earlier in the thread but I don't really know the SNK characters at all.

Lets keep dreaming then.
