Bored again...updated my wishlist. Since we are getting more than 30 characters, I've added more. Hell, even put effort into a Marvel roster. As always, its the CAPCOM side that's the most fun.

Why is Chunli always in these games? Id gladly take Cammy over her if a female had to represent the SF universe

She's a one of the most well known characters in Street Fighter and hugely popular. The Capcom side not having Chun-Li is like the Marvel side not having Captain America or Spider-Man.

The only way I see Wily working is if he has some teleporter device, and his moves are made up of previous Megaman villains. Like you do a quarter forward hadoken type motion and Wily's character pushes a button and instantly Cutman appears and launches a straight forward cutter. Or you do an uppercut motion and Gutsman appears and uppercuts. You do a backwards half circle and Woodman appeards and shields Wily, or something like that. Then his supermove could be coming out in one of those wacky, huge end game ships he uses.

...however, I agree, I think he's a wasted space. I'd rather see him as DLC or in a future version of the game. With space limited and several ppl already revealed, I'd rather not have one of the remaining slots go to him. If we had MVC 2's staggering amount of characters, sure, but considering Capcom is doing all of the sprites fresh, I doubt we'll see half that many.

Have you seen a Wily boss fight? It's not hard to make moves for him or Have him using one of his Mechs.

Also, Shuma-Gorath is a waist of Space,a servbot is a waist of space. Wily is one of the most Iconic villains in the Megaman franchise, his presence is even felt in the X series.

Since ppl were putting their lists up of who they want to see in it, I'm going to assume 24 characters (20, with 4 unlockable maybe....just what I'm going with, lol). Tho 20 is more likely, anyway -

I'd like to see what little story there is being Galactus threatening the Capcom universe, and Marvel getting pulled in to help stop him. The actual boss battle could be a mesh of previous MVC boss battles. Instead of Cyber Akuma, we get a herald Akuma. Galactus infuses him with power, and he's the first part of the last boss fight. The second half being somewhat like Apocalypse, in that we fight a huge upper torso of Galactus.

Actually, there are 30 characters so far and they are adding more, So the final number will probably be close to 40 or something.

Also, Why would Galactus invade another dimension? It does not fit his usual MO and the Capcom side isn't one world.For that matter why would guys like Doom, Super-Skrull and Dormammu(since they seem to be in) care about what happens to another universe, why would any of the Marvel villains care?

That's why i think it's Annihilus and the A-Wave, A reality Warper or someone with a reality warping item(Cosmic cube for example) or a Mystical villain

And maybe it's because I can't play him to save my life, but I could live happily if Zangief isn't in the game. I know he's a classic and all that. But I dislike him, and there are other big characters, Capcom could use to fill the role of tank/grappler.

And yes, I know it's stupid to want one of Street Fighter's least liked characters over the official Street Fighter grappler.

Yes, in fact I just finished Megaman 10 this morning lol. However him being a major Megaman villain doesn't give him an automatic pass (I mean if it did...wouldn't he have been in the first 2 games?). If you want to argue that then what about Green Goblin, Loki, Kang, Mandarin, Abomination, or the dozen of other bad guys who are major villains to others in the game?

Seriously, you're using logic in the wrong game. If you want to try and use the, "Why would he?" logic in the MVC series, the previous 2 games wouldn't exist. Why would Apocalypse cross dimensions to take on Ryu and turn Akuma into a robot? Why did Doom, Wolverine, Spiderman, Magneto, Cyclops, Gambit, Cap, Iron Man, Ryu, Akuma, Bison, Guile, and so on, and so on, all meet up in the first place? If anything, I'd think it'd make more sense for Galactus to simply be hungry and find a new dimension to munch on, than Apocalypse or Abyss's appearances (tho I loved them as bosses, no complaints here).

Plus...even tho I liked Annihilation....why would you want Annihilus over Galactus anyway?

Isn't this supposed to have some kind of story now? And with the game named "The Fate of Two Worlds", Galactus wouldn't make much sense. How would he endanger 2 Planets? Doesn't he always munch on one and then is full? So he'd either eat the Marvel or Capcom world and then the other would catch a break until he gets hungry again.

Dont read too much into things. I dont expect anything to make particular sense. They will pick their characters and write a "story" around them. It'll most likely be weak at best. MvC2 had absolutely nothing and was pretty much just a pick your guys and fight. This will probably have an opening cutscene, maybe a midgame miniboss and a final boss with an ending. Whether Galactus' inclusion or not makes sense within his comic book history, will most likely not play too integral of a role. They will make it work in context with the game

They can still have character interaction without it being story driven. Think SF 4 where you get a cut scene with some banter for your rival, and an ending. The ending, and opening (if we get individual openings, but with that many characters I doubt it), don't even have to tie into the story. Like with MVC 2 where Ryu gains respect for those he fought and then continues on his hobo warrior life. His ending wasn't him throwing a fireball to Abyss's face and saving everyone.

Personally I wouldn't expect an excellent story, it's not really Capcom's strong suite when it comes to fighters. I mean I liked the SF 2 anime movie, SF does actually have a good overall story, but it's never presented well in the games. SF 4's story was more random giberish with a sterotypical mad man trying to take over everything. Yet, it didn't matter because the game itself was awesome.

Well, they are working with Marvel now. It could always be that Marvel does some story boards and then hands it over to Capcom to animate.

Hey, that's disrespectful! I only dress as Mika when I'm in the ring! Not just to look at myself!

I know some people can use Zangief offensively very well in the Vs Franchise, but by the time MVC2 came around, he had become fairly outmatched. I normally use Rogue, so I know not having ranged attacks in a game where the other players have them is a huge disadvantage, but at least Rogue was fairly fast, had an air dash and her unblockable grab was fairly easy to pull off. In any case, many good substitutes could be found for Zangief. Hugo, Alex, Haggar. Hell, they could use Gunrock from Powerstone.

Seeing as Annihilus was able to capture Galactus and make him his ***** and Survive a blast from Galactus without a scratch, Yes, i'd Wan't Annihilus. Also, you seem to forget Galactus purpose in his own Dimension.

And again, they already mentioned that there will be a story and they do have Chris Baker making sure the Marvel Heroes and villains aren't out of character.

Apocalypse was the Boss in X-men vs Streetfighter, Marvel vs Capcom's boss was as Onslaught.

Ewwww... I HATE Elektra. She's one of the few Marvel characters that I can say I actually hate.
