Can I just say I am sincerely impressed with how good Marvel is at keeping this underwraps. I mean, literally everything has been leaked this year. Hell the past 5 years, it's been impossible to keep anything from being eventually leaked by the fan, especially something superhero related. But this, Marvel/Sony are keeping the tightest of security on it. And I honestly respect them for that. Here's to hoping they can keep it up.

ya it is cool when they and i mean studios/companies can keep things under wrap in today's age. Though on the other hand. I would still love to see something official, or some more official description on the suit. As all we know is it will be the red and blue and will look distinctly spidey. But that isnt much to go on.

Ugh! I can't decide if I want the bigger eyes or the smaller eyes.

On one hand I think the bigger eyes would suit a younger Spider-Man better, and I love Bagley, SSM and Immonen's depiction of the bug eyes. But I'm still a little bit annoyed of the TASM2 suit.

On the other hand, I've always wanted to see the Ditko/Romita eyes in live action I.e creepier, more mysterious Spider-Man as he was in the earlier comics.

I'm completely torned between the two, lol.

IMO, start with the BUG EYES.

They fit a younger Spidey, as you mentioned. And bigger, more exhuberant lenses just feels like something a 15 year old kid superhero would go for. It makes sense.

BUT, as time passes and Peter transitions into adulthood, have the eyes get smaller in size and "creepier". It would help show off his more mature, determined side...in a way. Like a metaphorical symbol.

This! This was an idea I suggested months ago!

And since Feige seems to be putting such a huge emphasis on the fact that he's still just a kid, this idea would fit quite well with the metaphor of a child maturing into an adult like you said.

Start with the Bagley eyes and ultimately end with the Ditko eyes.

I like this. Have Peter create the proto-suit on his own and set the foundation, enough to where we get somewhat of an idea what he'd go for in terms of the final suit's overall look.

Give them similar colors, similar eyes, similar symbols, etc. (kinda like the photo above), and if the Tony Stark rumor turns out to be true -- he wouldn't really be creating Peter's first real suit, as much as he'd be "upgrading" what he already has...in a way.

Peter sets the template, it's his design, his suit technically...Tony just uprades it. The same would go for the webshooters. Peter builds them, they start out faulty, Tony upgrades them.

I'm fine with that as long as it makes sense and the suit and everything else looks great. Don't have Tony go into his lab or whatever and essentially create Spider-Man for Peter, that would suck.

The suits.
Do not like the prototype suit at all.
The 2nd one is ok, but not a fan of the shoulder, elbow, and knee padding.

The tick Spider, smaller chest spider and non-raised grey/reflective webbing are like the easiest improvements on a CBM costume ever.

But fair enough. Anything will be better than TASM2 IMO.
