Mass Effect 3 - Part 3

Wouldn't it be awesome if we could use that omni-tool shield thing he had? I want one.:csad:
the way Casey Hudson acted when he was asked about during one of the show events on bioware pulse it was like he forgot that omni shield tool exists. And then said he'll have some people try and work it into the game. Don't get your hopes up though. he hasn't said or shown a damn thing on the Malee class in a while and is really holding back on the adept's abilities stuff as well. oh and that stuff that was hinted at about easy martial arts takes down moves/ strikes to take down other aliens and so forth (like crogans) from shadow broker. We'll have wait and see if it'll all be put in or not I guess.

I don't know. I'm not a fan of the hologram stuff being "solid".

Well at least there is some hope. I would just love for that shield to be useable in ME3, give those Cerberus shield guys a taste of their own medicine.

meh animated Sci-fi shows like Meta jets and sci-fi shows bablon five( the river of soles Ep) , (comic's ) like X-Men and then there's startrek explored the hologram thing as being solid and used as a weapon already and then there's the recent anime Zega pain too.

It's their way of Exploring something new in games(forbioware) as well and at least we won't hear from some punk claiming their ripping off star wars somehow. like how every game looks like gears of war or God of war in every thing that dumb fool will look at.

Like show's like Gundam "any of the series made" and Lost Universe
kinda do for the star wars issue.

since their main melee weapon looks like a light sabers in those latter two series.

trust me those shield guys are nothing. they've shown at least 4 ways to take those guys down fast. those shield guys won't be a problem.

It works in Star Trek, I don't think it'll work for Mass Effect.
At first I thought we were talking about EDI, and the whole physical representation through hard light of AI has been done with the Doctor in Star Trek Voyager. I'm fine if they go the more traditional Jocasta from Avengers or Andromeda route.

But I always saw the omni tool as a holographic interface similar to how projecting keyboards work. You're not really pressing anything, but the receiver reads as though you are.

They did state they wanted the "omni tool " to be a multi perpose knife of sci-fi things in this game during all their Bioware pule video's or Swiss army. (to some people)

And if you know the meaning of omni it just means "all" and uni mean's one. All "omni tool "mean's is "all tool" hens this is what their trying to show case. It has more then one purpose. Not that different from what they did with that Generondenberry show Andromeda with with that Force lance. this is just implemented better then that.

I'm aware that solid state holograms are a thing a sci-fi, but I just specifically don't like it in Mass Effect because holograms were previously depicted differently in the series. Sort of like how I don't like how guns have to be reloaded now. It's not ot a big deal, it doesn't ruin the game for me or anything, it's just annoying how quick Bioware is to **** with their own fiction just to make things "cooler" or "more badass" or whatever.

So I was reading a 4han thread about Mass Effect 3, and someone said that if you don't...

Romance either Tali or Garrus, they end up in a relationship. Where did this bit of news come from? It's the first time I've seen it.

Well it's new tech that Shepard aquired from the shadow broker. And we as Humans have a habit of taking new tech from people we have ether defeated, or have made friends with. If it hasn't been destroyed while fighting that said foe. halo had the "energy sword" this is mass effect's thing like that.

It's been shown in both in full all out war and/ or spy tactical raid missions /events since we have existed soapy.

It should be no different for Mass effect as it is in any thing else , be it real life or fictional. Good sci -fi is the Exploration of what it means to be Human as Roger Coreman stated and that an aspect/byproduct of our Humanity.

With each other or with different people?

Either way, it's 4chan. Could be totally legit or total bull****. We'll just have to wait and see.

I've started my final ME1/ME2 playthrough. This will probably be the last time I play ME1 in the very far foreseeable future.

I'd be totally okay with that, in fact, I hope it happens.
Out of all the crew members, Tali and Garrus are the two who deserve something or someone good in their lives, so why not each other?
edit- SORRY! i fixed it!

seeing that's possible now, I was thinking that I'd use that as a possible to solve my break up with Ashlee. Have her hook up with someone esle from my crew . since I went with Kelly. and to avoid an uproar form Ashlee, I'll have Ashlee go Jacobs way, have them hook up. problem solved.

I'd probably do the same for maranda if kaden was stiill alive oh yeah I wanted the person option(my own person option) to have had him survived.

fixed mine as well.

Same here. Once I finish my current playthrough of Mass Effect 2, those first two games are "going in the vault", Disney style.

Didn't know Jessica Chobot was in this game.

Aw, was hoping to see Garrus and Tali's voice actors. Oh well - don't know who Chobot is but I like the idea of a reporter on the Normandy.

Chobot is a gamer who does stuff for G4 and IGN. Did the infamous licking the PSP pic.

Well if you checked out the Olivia Munn thread here, and posters pissed off when they stick attractive girls who know nothing about games or tech on their shows. At least Chobot is a gamer.

She's a reporter? I think that would be interesting to see and it works. She can get word out about all the work that Shepard is doing and keep morale up in the galaxy. I kinda wish they had showed reporters in Star Wars, both working for the Rebel Alliance and the Republic.

I didn't even know she was doing work for the game, it's kinda neat that not EVERYTHING has been spoiled yet.
