I have no doubt that Osborn will be an overarching villain at some point, just too good to resist. I hope they avoid the Ultimate version though.

I hope they borrow a lot from the Ultimate version.
Transforming into a demonic Goblin is a way better aesthetic than putting on a mask and a Hulk like physique, pyrokinesis and borderline immortality via healing factor would make him more threatening than a glider/gadgets will.

Ultimate Norman's hatred for Nick Fury from back when SHIELD bankrolled supersoldier experiments would work really well in the MCU (and having Fury mentor post-Infinity War Peter phase 1 style would be great). The "my drug gave you your powers so I own you" megalomania was a great dynamic between Peter and Norman as well and it would give MCU Spidey a nice belated origin via flashback.

Please no Hulk-Goblin...that's one of the least appealing things about the Ultimate-verse. Otherwise I'm fine with Norman showing up in any capacity.

Victor von freaking Doom! That man is one of Marvel's best characters, not just best villains. The others are not on his level. So says Doom!

It might be fun to grow doom like that. Doom the isolated weirdo because doom the revolutionaire becomes doom the tyrant becomes doom the avengers slayer and finally doom the loveable family man

Do you recast younger? That's quite a challenge for lead actors in a connected cinematic universe. Unlike your prior Batmen, Bonds and Spideys, swapping out RDJ for a up and comer portraying a twenty something Tony Stark would represent a major break in continuity. If Feige and company decide to go younger I would prefer they put some other character in the suit.

That's a fair question. I imagine that Tony and Steve--assuming Downey and Evans walk away--will "take a break" for Phase 4 or whatever what comes next is called. Five years of other heroes, and then they bring them back for some event. I imagine they'll cast at least Tony vaguely in his 40s. Like how most James Bonds are cast in their 40s. They wouldn't pass as young, but they're still matured and "in their prime." At least for movie star aesthetics.

I think it needs to be Galactus. Do something along these lines:

Phase 4- Skrulls and Secret Invasion
Phase 5- Kang
Phase 6 - Galactus

With Dr. Doom taking over the Loki role of the reoccurring villain.

So that would mean you don't think the next big bad should be Galactus. The next would be the Skrulls, followed by Kang?

Not really. The build-up towards Galactus would be the overarching story of Phases 4-6, much like how Phases 1-3 have done the same with Thanos. But like those earlier films still were able to tell relatively smaller stories, I think they could do that again with the next era.

Kind of feel like Doom is a has been to be honest

Doctor Doom !!!

latest

Kang, particularly if we're merging universes with Fox and getting Cable out of the deal.

Blasphemy! How so? Also, no Oscar Isaac for Victor, please. He doesn't look anything like him. The guy can act but his Apocalypse was absolutely horrendous (although not all his fault). He should lay off the classic supervillains for a while.
