Marvel and Feige will do evertything they can with her. If Guardians of the galaxy got their own soundtrack and entering Billboard 200, we can be sure Dazzler will get her own soundtrack too and even a hit/popular song, like past movies/shows like Highschool musical and Hairspray.
Just a matter of time

Thats what a studio like Fox would do, hell, they didnt even make her a x-men, just a random cameo in the woods with zero dialogue.

Marvel is much better than that. soooooooooo much better :funny:

DEADLINE: We know with Monica Rambeau in WandaVision, her character connects into Captain Marvel 2, and that the series connects to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Is WandaVision a ramp to the revival of X-Men you’re planning?

FEIGE
: In hindsight, in five years if when we’re talking about everything that’s happened, everything can be a ramp to everything, specifically though, yes, Monica in Captain Marvel 2 and specifically to Wanda teaming up with Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

These answers... :argh:

I’m glad miles morales is a fan of her in the video games. Shows marvel really wants to use her

I really hope they go hard with Dazzler's musical cross-media potential. Looking back, it almost feels like a regression to make her just another X-Man (although it definitely kept her from vanishing completely.)

could you imagine how cute it would be if they had marvel singalongs. It would be like endgame with all the clapping except with singing

I hope they really get a catchy lead song for her. Imagine a no.1 hit - that would be a big boost for awareness of the film amongst some parts of the population that might not naturally have as much.

I like that Wandavision is connecting Strange and CM2 in some way.

All roads lead to X-Men though Feige, admit it! :D

So in five years then?
Maybe, but I think it's more of a non-answer. He's basically saying that X-Men won't be unique in regards to interconnection setup

I definitely think Feige is going to do a slow build to the X-Men. Mutants will be introduced, and we'll know who they are long before the X-Men (as a team) shows up

I think we’ll have something significant (ie an X-related film or show) within 5 years, even if not the mainline MCU X-film.

And mutants peppered throughout different films/shows. I'm willing to bet that
WandaVision introduces the CONCEPT of mutants; establishing the mutant gene. What the MCU's definition of that is.

It'll be one step at a time, but we'll get there eventually. This is Feige's forte. I wouldn't be surprised if Wolverine gets something

According to my signature, we would get the neXt X-Men film in MMXXV. And thats the most optimistic guess I can give.

It ain't coming in 2024, imo Xpecially I am Xpecting more delays for other mcu films that were already announced. We'd probably get Avengers 5 first before the merry Mutants.

We're still probably years away from any type of X-Men film.

Fantastic Four just got announced, and it still doesn't even have a release date.

Marvel might want to wait on moving forward on some of these productions until we're truly on the other side of this, which could be...

Feige said in 2018 or 2019 that he already had the next 5 years mapped out, lets say Phase 4. So that means 5 years after 2019 = 2024.

We'll get the first mutants in 2024, tho Im sure 1 or 2 will pop up before that: in 2023.
lets wait and see, tho :word:

The question remains: Will the previous movies be retroactively set in the MCU? If so, then that means technically the X-Men already exist in the MCU. Which could created some timeline problems...

Or will Wade Wilson do some dimension hopping in Doctor Strange Multiverse Of Madness? Or perhaps he’ll be playing a new version of the character specific to the MCU like J.K Simmons did with Jonah Jameson? So many in the way of questions! Can’t wait to find out!

It's definitely Multiverse. Also, it's nice to hear Kevin talk about Ryan :-)

I complained about his answer, but I know he won't be like "The X-Men?Sure, that's how and when they'll be introduced".

I believe they'll only start talking more openly about mutants and the X-Men once the concept of mutants is introduced. Whether if this is in Wandavision, Eternals or god knows when.

It's definitely Multiverse.

It better be. If the X-Men get an inconsistent introduction with messy timeline, I swear to god.

After The fox-verse, consistency is one of the main things I want for the X-Men.

X-Men Reboot Plans Still Under Discussion at Marvel Studios
Screen Rant: At Disney Investor Day, you announced that Fantastic Four is happening. When will we see the X-Men?

Kevin Feige: You know how much I love the X-Men. I already said that's where I started. I can't tell you anything before we actually announced it, but rest assured, the discussions have been long and ongoing internally.

Believe me, Kevin Feige is the most psyched out of any of us to have the Mutants join the MCU. He’s wanted the X-Men in the MCU before most of us wanted them in. These are toys of the Marvel toy box that he wasn’t allowed to play with for little over a decade. So he’s just itching to introduce them. Which makes me think we’ll see the Children Of the Atom in the Marvel Universe sooner than five years, for sure. We probably won’t see a movie in five years, but we will see X-Men characters in less than five years. There’s no question in mind, lol.

Like myself, Feige is of an age where he will remember the X-Men being the most popular characters from Marvel (other than Spiderman perhaps). He's obviously very excited to delve into the X-Men world and bring them back to their former glory as Marvel’s foremost superhero team.

He obviously knows that these things cant be rushed however and the X-world needs to be established gradually, so it will probably be a few years until we get a full team movie, but will be worth it in the long run hopefully.

Obvious Clickbait for $500, Alex.

Yup.

We know Feige is "psyched" for the Mutants in the MCU.

We all are.

But if there's nothing to really report then... Yeah.

I think the biggest news out of that interview is Feige committing that Deadpool will be in the MCU and that it will be Rated R. Iger (and Feige) have previously danced around that, and even with the clickbait articles, there never were actual quotes from either man. Here Feige actually says the words:
“It will be rated R"
and
"...[Deadpool is] a very different type of character in the MCU, and Ryan is..."

I still don't know how they're doing a "Disney" Rated R movie, so we'll see how the next few years will play out.

You don't actually believe that do you?
