Not to burst anyones bubble, but it doesn't say anything about the MGS4 trailer being a new trailer. and it specifically says that the trailer for Portable Ops will be a new trailer, so cahnces are the MGS4 trailer is just a touched up version of the one we've already seen. Maybe with more completes textures or not runing realtime. (Hence no framedrops from unfinished code)

I don't know about that. Given what we know about the past, this may be a new trailer. Hideo doesn't reuse trailers for different conventions. It may be significantly shorter than the E3 trailer, but I'm willing to bet this trailer will be mostly new.

I'm holding out until TGS before I lose hope. Just look at the past. The Snake models have always had design changes sometime during production of the games.

It happened with Snake in MGS1.
It happened with Snake in MGS2.
It happened with Snake in MGS3 (This one especially).

I don't know where specifically, but Kojima DID say that the Snake model was not final. I'd guess that at TGS we will see a completely new Snake model.
