I just realized that National Lampoon's European Vacation is rated PG-13. I had thought for years that it was rated R but only realized it was PG-13 while reading the back of the Vacation collect DVD box. Also is NLV and NLEV the family name is spelled Griswald and in NLCV it's spelled Griswold.

I have to correct my self because European Vacation is the only movie in the Vacation series that spells Griswald with an A insted of an O.

My wife and I just realized that the other day, too! We watched European on TV the other day, then watched Vegas on dvd soon after. Looking at the back to see the run times, we noticed European, complete with the bare breasts, is PG 13.

Batman Returns is the only Batman movie, live action or animated, I've seen that doesn't end with Bruce in costume.

Samuel L Jackson has been eaten by a dinosaur and a shark ;).

^ Far more model work and sets in Phantom menace than people remember.

In Transformers (2007) Amaury Nolasco who plays an American soldier says a few funny bits in Spanish of which Epps teases him but when watching the movie dubbed in Spanish now all of Amaury's dialogue in spanish is dubbed in english.

The odd thing is that their all playing American soldiers and Josh Duhamel dubbed in spanish is now chastisizing Amaury for speaking in English!

In BTTF pt 2, Doc makes a crack at the beginning about the post office being inefficient and then at the end uses Western Union to deliver a package 70 years later.

Also, there is some mention of roads not being the primary method of transportation in the time they're traveling to in all 3 of the movies.

Also, why exactly does Doc leave Jennifer alone in a back alley in pt. 2 (other than to advance the story)?

I always wondered that one too, I guess the police in the future are doing a good job of keeping the streets safe that one can sleep anywhere.

Doc really had no intention of going back for her, he just wanted marty all to himself so he orchestrated marty jr.'s arrest.:shock[[YT]a1Y73sPHKxw[/YT]

Jennifer could have been a main character for BTTF 2 and 3, mirroring Marty's journey from the first film, but the writers decided they'd rather kick her to the curb since they didn't really know what to do with her. I guess since she never signed up to be a time traveler would be a problem for her...but it just seems kind of cheap now.

At the end of Disney's Aladdin, Al could have handed the lamp to Jasmine or the Sultan and have one of them wish him back to being a prince, so Al wouldn't have to choose between his happiness and Genie's freedom. Or the Sultan could have used his Sultan-y authority to grant Al a princely title as a reward for saving his kingdom.

Or at least he could've passed the Genie around and not have been quite so selfish.

During the dance finale in Step up 3 Julien's jacket appears and then disappears constantly as the camera angles alter.

Mission: Impossible 2 has one hell of a cast. Thandie Newton, Ving Rhames, Dougray Scott, Richard Roxborough, Brendan Gleeson, Anthony Hopkins, and some other kid named Tom Cruise, who you might have heard of.

Doc's shirt at the beginning of BTTF Part 2 gives away the plot of Part 3.
:ikyn

And I thought I knew a lot about BTTF. I have seen those so many times and still finding out little tidbits.

I just realized that the iconic Star Wars hyperspace jump effect from the original trilogy (as seen below) doesn't appear at all in the prequel trilogy.

It's because George Lucas said he wanted to keep the impact of seeing it for the first time in the OT. Ironic in a sad way but true

Strange, but I've learned to not question Lucas's actions long ago.
