Well he came back in FVJ right?

Freddy's death was retconned. It really doesn't make sense but I treat Freddy vs Jason like a one shot comic series. It doesn't fall into their real continuity.

Now if only we had a Hulk.:o

I just realized that Robert Patrick is in Die Hard 2 and Robert Downey Jr is in Weird Science.

Doc Rosen from Alpha was Whisler in Sneekers ( Redford, Poitier, Akroyd ).

There was a Hitchcock marathon on TV the other day and I caught a few movies, including "The Birds." As I was watching it I realized the girl who played the young sister of the lead guy was the same chick who played Lambert in ALIEN.

Mind=blown.

IN No Holds Barred, Hulk Hogan, a man famous for ripping off his shirt, plays a guy named Rip. How in the HELL did I never catch this until just now?

Gary Oldman is in Hannibal.

I just realized that Robert Patrick is in Die Hard 2
And so is John Leguizamo
and Robert Downey Jr is in Weird Science.
and what a coincidence that both he and Anthony Michael Hall went on to become cast members of one of Saturday Night Live's worst seasons in 1985.

One of the rules in Gremlins is not to feed them after 12 midnight and this was even joked about in the sequel and it made me realize that how indeed exactly would happen with the different time zones and daylight savings time, it could be 12 midnight anywhere.

Looks like the writers wrote themselves into a corner on that one.

Eh it's more of a symbolic thing. In ancient days when the legend was created there wouldn't have been daylight savings time anyway. Anyway a supernatural curse or legend ought to be able to tell when midnight local time is or it isn't going to be very effective

Frankenweenie is Tim Burton's first film in 16 years to not feature either Johnny Depp or Helena Bonham Carter (since Mars Attacks).

Watching the behind the scenes of Return Of The Jedi I noticed Mark Hamill had his hair more in the A New Hope style before going to that awful "Aunt Beru" haircut.

Peter Jackson has directed both Sean Astin (LOTR trilogy) and his dad John (judge in Frighteners).

Having watched the Star Wars trilogy thousands of times I never noticed this in Return Of The Jedi before when Princess Leia disguised as a bounty hunter is bargaining with Jabba The Hutt then why is C3-PO who is a master of millions of languages having to translate everything in English to them?

It's not English. It's Basic. :o

You could also say it merely has to do with the placement of the sun, moon, stars, etc. depending on the local time of day.

maybe Jabba does not speak the language she is using?

Jabba understands Galactic Basic (English). Han speaks to Jabba in Galactic Basic in A New Hope.

In Return of the Jedi, isn't C3PO translating for Leia's sake, not Jabba's? As far as I know, Leia doesn't speak Huttese.

"The Punisher" (2004) has some plot elements, characters, and locations pretty similar to "License to Kill" (1989).

Gerard Butler has a cameo in Tommorow Never Dies.

Michael Shannon was in Vanilla Sky.

It was his first film role, he'd be more like 20 then right?

Oh man, I just googled it. That is him!

I remember that guy from the movie too. He was so much less creepy looking at 20, I didn't even think it could be him.
