In the movie version I have, it is not visible, the scrolling of the crew bio is too fast and Ripley stand in front of the display screen.
I can't read it...my eyes are not what they used to be.

Correct. They have a brief staredown and Peter starts to go for him, but gets distracted by the FBI long enough for Toomes to suit up and attack him as Vulture.
