Only because she appeared less than Maya, but in all of Monica's appearances she was whining about something, her job, her dead mother, Hurricane Katrina, not going to college ect admittedly she didn't cry untill powerless, but that doesn't really help her case.

Well when it comes to abilities Monica got dealt a better hand and the whole Spanish thing really didn't help Maya's case, it really surprised me how many people b!tched about the subtitles.

The real downfall of season 2 was Hiro in Japan for so freakin long True all the twins did was yeall after eachother and Monica's story was a tad boring but it was just "OK" they werent really bad. Monica's story had alot of potential just like the twins. However i do think that Maya should have died because i dont see any use for her. I do have to say its really unfortunate that Heroes experienced their "slump season" this early it really has alot of potential.Hopefully it will at least reach 7 seasons at least

Problem#4- Claire threatening to expose the organization

[/B]Now in theory this seems like a noble thing for Claire to do for her family and ill admit it is but there is a big problem with this. If she does this then people like her will be exposed the world as a threat or freaks much like another superhero franchise were all familiar with. And with the exposure comes the inevitable themes that the X-men have already covered. So Heroes fans such as myself can no longer defend the show against those people who call it an X-Men knockoff. Subsequently Heroes season 4 and 5 might be similar to the X-Men trilogy in the realistic tone and the metaphorical writing it provides, and at that point we might as well just give it to Joss Whedon because hes good at metaphorical writing and at least it would be alot better structuredand you wouldnt notice how much the show is drawing from the X-Men

But she had detractors, ie HRG and West and even Bob. So I don't see it as a problem as much as an interesting plot development. She was forced to make threats because of recent circumstances. She's not the same Claire she was in Season 1 in that respect.

There shouldn't be any subtitles it should add to the mystery and allow us Hispanic viewers to enjoy the show much more in depth.

Or better yet we can't have other ethnic characters in a white dominant show speaking their native tongue that's just silly.

I don't really care much for Monica, but if the producers wanted more action and less drama, then they should've kept Monica and get rid of Maya instead. Talk about a bad decision.

And if you're going to complain about the subtitles or captions, spare a thought for deaf and hearing impaired people like myself, I have to have them on at all times.

Fortunately people who watch with me never mind much at all. So those complainers should shape up or ship out.

I loved Monica. That hurts real bad.

This season premiere better be awesome, or else I'm through. And none of this cliffhanger psychological mess that LOST keeps surviving on. I want Season 1 magic or count me out.
