Yeah, I think I'm going from getting tired of Rogue(thanks Carey) to flat out disliking her. I'd like her to get her Ms. Marvel powerset back. This constant absorption is getting tedious.

That doesn't explain Rogues hair going black and eyes purple. She is absorbing Psylocke's genetic makeup beyond simply her powers in that scene which is dumb bc she's not suppose to take on physical changes unless its link to their mutation/abilities

Please explain if possible. The last time I regularly read Psylocke was when she came back from the dead. She was about after that I think but feel she got side lined around the move to SF anyway I remember the whole your TK can move mountains where Rachel's was refined sorry getting to my point. I know her powers have been messed about with but could someone explain the crossbow. Was that TK or Telepathy because I thought the dagger thing that pops out of her hand was Telepathy it scrambled your brain. But I was mixed up this issue it appears the crossbow was being produced by her TK is this the case. She did say to Rogue to leave the Telepathy but why I thought this was her telepathy/dagger thing was the bow she had in the first issue I saw it as her ability to manipulate this energy into other shapes, she was essentially aiming a telepathic arrow at Sublime which would attack his mind. Or is dagger a mixture of both her abilities now?

It's pretty evident that Bendis is a big Beast fan, I think he's bumped him up to my favorite X-Man right now.

i can see that being what is actually the story and yet another tease of a fan favorite...and i'm sorry but EVERY incarnation of Xavier looks shady as hell.

Freaking love that we're mixing it up a bit with someone like M!!!!

I LOVE the team members, but they're characters that are ALWAYS interacting with each other. This'll be nice to mix the dynamic up a bit.

I'd love to see someone like Husk on the team for awhile too. Awe, Jubes, M, and Husk - even for an issue would be so sweet.

I was hoping that X-23 would join, I love her friendship with Jubilee. However, M is a perfectly good choice as well. Now Mr. Wood, add Pixie and Dust as well, that'd be a badass team.

I really need a Gen X reunion as an arc in this book. In addition to M, Husk and Jubes, Emma, Blink and Cordelia need to be thrown into the mix. Maybe Chamber gets kidnapped and its Cordelia's fault, who managed to get herself into trouble again. M, Husk and Jubes who manage to have their own mini-reunion (maybe to celebrate 5 years since they met) find out about Jono and enlist in Blink's help to take them to him, not realizing its a trap of an old enemy of Emma's whom wants her to watch her former students die. I don't know who it could be; she has plenty enough they could choose from. Might be a dumb idea but it sounded good in my Gen X nostalgic head

Considering Rogue hasn't been a tank in like 10 years, I don't think so. Her powerset is adaptive enough she herself isn't contrained to just one. If anything M will be used as an on panel reason to have Rogue using flight/strength as Wood seems to want to portray her as such but theres no cast member around that can be utilized for that purpose. Im sure this will come into play when on missions away from the mansion and they cant say Rogue touched random X-men/student there

she was such a second string character. I thought for sure the only reason she was even elevated to X-men status was bc Carey was going to perma-feed her to Rogue

Yeah, now that M is working her way into the rest of the X-verse, we don't need Frenzy anymore.

Wood's first choice was Polaris, which would've been awesome, but she was unavailable (a new X-Factor, I'm guessing), Monet was his second choice and she was also unavailable, so he was going to go with Frenzy. Than, for some reason, M became available again and he went with her.
