See this is why you make time and stake out theater websites in the morning. I'm not saying whatever and I know people have work, school, priorities and so on...but there was zero hassle getting mine. No lines, no crashing...just refreshing the page at the top of the hour, they were available and I made my selections.
I know scheduling is a factor and people are either asleep or heading to work, but when it's something big, try as best you can to make the time for it.
Of course this also plays into what I suggested earlier about how ticket sale dates and times should just go ahead and be announced...made public knowledge. If people knew ahead of time when tickets would go on sale in an official capacity, that at least would've helped people to prepare.
I know it'll be a slightly different circumstance, but I really hope there's an actual announcement for "Episode IX" since that will similarly be an occasion for a larger frequency in traffic. Like I hope they let us know ahead of time when those go on sale so everyone across the board...audiences, theaters, everyone...can just be better prepared overall.
