Having seen IW 12 times, I guess i can go to the bathroom maybe once (near the end, i don't go to the bathroom very often) + maybe the break and then not go anywhere throughout EG lol.

Go to an early showing. Dont eat anything before the showing. Drink only 12 ounces of water a couple hours before the showing. Dont eat or drink during the showing. Go to the bathroom before the showing. And when IW ends.
