as elfeugo said, its most likely a stunt double for Batman. The same cloaked figures were at the Torrance shoot. they were all Batman stunt doubles, and the only reason I can think of that they are cloaked is because they look ridiculous in the Bat suit....

The cloaked figure is Death. They're filming the ending scene in which Batman is dead and goes to heaven to reunite with his parents, both versions of Rachel Dawes, and half of Harvey Dent!

Yeah, it looks like a stand-in for Batman. I just saw Polaris' comment on FB from last night's shoot and he mentioned the Batman stand-in in a cloak.
