Seems to me like Batman's going to have a lot of help in this film. Whether it's because he's left an absence, or Bane has an army (which we've all speculated). The latter makes sense. I'm glad it seems as though JGL is not some sinister character who'll reveal himself to be working with the bad guys at some point in the movie. At least I hope so. Maybe Batman's finally getting what he hoped. The good are rising to the task of protecting their city because of his influence. Very exciting stuff.

Also, the BatLobster looks sick floating around on those cables. Are those pneumatic bars connecting the "claws" to the cockpit? I wonder if the move in/out or side to side.

Apparently someone has seen the claws move left and right in Pittsburgh, but those two bits hanging down used to be horizontal, I'm wondering if they act as legs or something.

that trolley would allow for some lateral movement it seems. but I think the rig is for lifting it up. maybe a scene where it takes off or lands? or dodges another vehicle or missile?

When was the Batwing set on the wires? That's right under 6th bridge, but I don't ever remember seeing it doing anything except sit around and being tucked away in the back. Perhaps they already shot with it?

Ninjas he been there everyday since LA though, so I think we would of seen a giant black lobster driving around the streets of the city

I'm thinking they only need it for a single shot, ducking sideways under the bridge while the truck escapes into the tunnel. They've slung it right over the open section of the tunnel, aiming towards the river.

They must've shot with it 2 days ago in the morning, cause when I get there they were already putting it away. They usually do big stuff like that early on in the day. They did an explosion shot at El Camino that nobody (ninjas) saw because it was so early.

This film is going to EPIC.

I absolutely love the location shooting in the U.S. and overseas that has been taking place for this film.

They still need to film in N.Y. also!

Are they going back to London as well or is N.Y. the last stop for principal?

They are due to wrap shooting for this film in late October or in November.

Sadly, the exterior LA locations are soon coming to an end. Soon they'll be tucked away inside studios where we won't see a thing - BUT of course we'll be stunned and surprised when we finally see the film.

I'm glad we got to witness what we have anyway, and the challenges it brought. I may have gotten a few good photos here and there, mostly blurry ones, but it's the experience I'll always have with me.

I'm not an LA ninja, I'm an LA experiencer ^_____^

That's what I figured that November is the end of principal shooting. I suppose we will be getting the first full trailer for TDKRises with Sherlock Holmes 2, Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy, MI:4, and the Dragon Tattoo U.S. remake?

I'm expecting a full TDKRises Super Bowl trailor this year also!

I would also love to see another teaser type trailer to debut with Eastwood and DiCaprios HOOVER movie if it can be done.

Hmm. I hope they still have a few major tricks up their sleeve. Nothing we've seen yet from the location shoots really matches the truck flip in the street or literally blowing up / demolishing a hospital. Its those crazy huge practical stunts that I love in TDK. Blasting a car into the ground is cool, but I'm not sure we've seen anything jawdropping yet.

Certainly not as much getting out this LA shoot as we got from Pittsburgh.

Not to discredit our ninjas, they're doing an excellent job.

I guess security has really stepped up compared to last month, where we got tonnes of stuff.
