I like that. Maybe Blake is working undercover for the GCPD instead of the other way around. He's gathering info about the LoS for Gordon?

Not really, it definitely looked like he snuck aboard and was trying to remain hidden. Nolan gave a few pointers in between takes of how he wanted Gordon to be crouching and hiding.
