Tieri's plans for Excalibur...
highlights?
-Tieri's version of Wisdom will be a dick. He's an ******* and there's gonna be major leadership friction between him, the guy who brought the new team together, and Captain Britain, the guy who led the original team.
-A love triangle, which according to him has been subtely developing in the series already, my bet...Juggernaut/Nocturne/Captain Britain.
-A one and done story called
Chamber. He's back in England and we'll see how he deals with his situation after M-Day, and how he's even still alive and cognitive for that matter. We'll get an answer to the question Tieri created in the first place, "Is Chamber related to Apocalypse?" How Chamber's depowered status relates to Weapon X, a vist from Clan Akkaba, and maybe even Apocalypse himself. ALL IN ONE ISSUE!
-Tieri's "recruitment drive" of sorts will consist of Chamber and The Black Knight. Whether or not they actually stay with the team, you'll have to wait and see.
-His next story after that is
The Last Days of Camelot, a three parter. It looks like a time travel story to me, though it was never actually stated to be one. The premise? Camelot is destroyed before its time has come, the only surviving member of the Round Table is Sir Percy, the original Black Knight. Now he has to undo what has happened, and Excalibur is there to help. Plus the current Black Knight is along for the ride too, Dane Whitman. The story will deal with the mythology behind the Ebony Blade. Why, if its cursed and must be destroyed, does it constantly end up in the hands of the Black Knight? Tieri says he has answers and if your a Black Knight fan you don't want to miss this.
-After that he's doing another three parter focusing on Juggernaut. He'll be sinking his teeth into the whole reformed-villain aspect of him. Is he really reformed, should he be? Tieri will delve into all of that.
