I hadn't considered that. But it's just an idea to bump up competition and give Powder a chance to make up any of AS's losses. But I'm just happy that Power's back and we'll be up to full strength again.

Hey thanks guys I appreciate the warm welcomes. I have my first debate up, a little rusty but not bad.

It's a nice thought Wieg, but there was only one match that AS has lost so I don't care to lose it. It was only Ironfist, and my luck it was probably against Firelord or Terrax or something crazy like that.

Yeah, we'll keep everything normal. I was shocked that AS has only had one match so far. Talk about luck.

...I'm just happy I get to bring up Blackbolt vs. Kid Omega again this season. It was simply my best debate all last season. (Even if I did stretch it a bit with bringing up Maximus quite a bit.)

What do you mean you get to bring it up? I see you have Kid Omega (Riot at Xaviers) did you get Blackbolt again this year?

I would say Kid vs Blackbolt was probably the fiercest (probably because of the rematch) but it certainly had some tight competition.

Man imagine how the tournament would have played out if Xavier actually did beat Thanos......I still think about it once in a while.....

So I got my other debate up. It's nice to be back. I am hoping not to have more than 3 a week but I fear what the weeks have coming for me.

I figure you remember the rules, but just to make sure, I'll clue you in on the few changes.

Your first debate cannot be a rebuttal. But, once you display your opening argument, feel free to trash what the other person said.

Debating ends the second voting begins. This season, you cannot continue debating throughout the voting period. If someone posts a last minute debate, I will hold off voting for a few hours to give the person time to respond. Generally, voting begins about 8-9 AM PST. It ends on Thursday at the same time.

Those are the key rules, but, like I said, you probably know them since you helped us come up with them.

Anyway, again, it's good to have you back.

For those of you who watch Monday Night Football, you'll get to see the crappy weather we've been having lately. 6 days straight of rain...Saturday it was so bad, water on the roadways of Tacoma went up to the bottom of people's cars. This morning, my garbage can was almost half full with water.

Can I get a clarification from the boss dudes?

If a character has never died but hasn't been in a comic in like ten years, do they have current info or do they only have info current up until their last appearance. For example thunderbolt would have no info on molly hayes in his time period but using the x-men's database today he probably would be able to find out about her....

We always figure that a character is grabbed from their last appearance or when they are most known. If we haven't seen the character for a long while, they are going to be grabbed with their last appearance. (Or, if they die, they will be grabbed right before their last adventure.)

Sounds like you wouldn't have information on Molly, then. By all you know, Thunderbolt might be selling his body down on a New York street corner while taking all his hard-earned income to buy some crazy drugs.
