The best way to send it is in two parts. Just split it somewhere down the middle, name it CoM II list pt. 1 and CoM II list pt. 2, and that will do just fine.

I'm pretty confident that I will receive lists from HippyFacist, Midnight Ice, and JewishHobbit. I doubt that we'll hear from LaneMyer. I've only heard from him a couple times when we were initially recruiting, and noticed he hasn't been on The Hype for 7 days.

The good news is that with the 12 lists we've received so far, only two duplicate each participants first choice. So, it's more than likely that most everyone will get who they want the most.

It was so great to finally see Lost again last night. I'm glad we'll get 6 episodes in a row, and they will stop having all those repeats throughout the season. BTW, did any catch which Stephen King book Juliet was reading for the book club? I'm betting it's The Stand, but all I saw was the author's name. Also, can't wait for next week. I'm dying to find out what happened to the other people, especially Locke and Mr. Echo.

i really need to get back into that show. I've seen all of the first season, but none of the second, and I refuse to watch any new episodes without seeing the previous ones.

Nope, the only ones that match the #1 choice so far are Wiegeabo's and mine.

Also, due to a computer error that wiped out a participants memory, I did extend the lists being in until tomorrow. All I'm hoping for it to get the brackets displayed before I leave work tomorrow at 5:00 pm PST.

No DC version. We debated having half DC/half Marvel for Season II; but, not many people who participated in Season 1 knew the DC characters, and even I am only mildly familiar with it.

We also debated having everyone take their rosters, and combine the characters you want into two on two matches. That way, you can make a weak character stronger, or you can make an ultimate alliance. But, we were looking to get new participants, and thought it best to do the same as with Season 1 for the ease of all. Both ideas are still good, and might be done in future seasons, participants willing, of course.

Ok, Hippy let me know he should get his list in today. I haven't heard back from MidnightIce, AnnoyingSilence or LaneMyer. I know Midnight was pretty good last season, so I might just submit a list of 512 as is for him. Like I said, I doubt highly about LaneMyer joining. I just don't know about AnnoyingSilence.

That said, if I get Hippy's by 4:00 pm PST, I will post the brackets for everyone to see. This weekend, I would think Wiegeabo will be able to have his program up and running fine, and he will input all the lists and then message us by next week (or sooner) with the results. Since everything starts on a Friday, that would mean we'd have our first 16 matches on Friday the 13th!!!!

As for starting, once I have the lists, the program literally takes less than 10 seconds to run. Then all I have to do is post the results.
