I think is a fitting analogy, [blackout]especially with the sonar cell phone bit (cough anonymous wiretapping)[/blackout] although the film does not state whether it's a good or bad thing. It just reflects on our own society, that's all.
Batman also has one rule that he will not break, and it remains to be seen whether we have the same commitment.
I can see how the analogy works... I just dont really think either side can use the movie to justify their stance. And yes, I agree about the [BLACKOUT]wiretapping scene[/BLACKOUT]. That was the first thing I thought when watching it as well, but that's possibly due to the argument over the FISA bill that is currently in the news.
Defenaitly the stupidest negative article TDK has gotten. This I'll have no pity for when the Rottentomatoes community tears it to shreds.
