dang, he is so talented. yeah you can tell that's him singing...however if i didn't know it was him i would have never guessed.:heart:

Lost star Josh Holloway is being tipped to star in the next X-Men movie as fan favorite Gambit. Holloway, who plays Sawyer on the hit TV show, was set to star as Gambit in X-Men: The Last Stand but pulled out because of TV commitments. But it's reported the model/actor will star in the next installment, which will not feature many of the film's original stars, including Hugh Jackman, Sir Ian McKellen and Halle Berry. The film's producer Lauren Shuler Donner tells Moviehole, "Remember in Lost? There was a guy in there that was the perfect Gambit, the guy with the straight hair, good-looking, the bad boy… Sawyer. The reason we didn't use Gambit was because in a sense his persona is a bit like Wolverine in that he's got attitude and his power is not quite as exciting as the others. That's why we went to Nightcrawler on 2 because he looked different than everybody else and he had a great power. So yes, I think we would weave Gambit within our story, (but) it wouldn't be The Gambit Movie." Gambit possesses the ability to charge objects with energy, causing them to explode.

I have a feeling that if Hugh doesn't return for X4 they'll have Gambit be Wolverine-lite and most likely won't even touch on the possibility that Cyclops is alive.

I have a feeling that if those screenwriters couldn't hold Cyclops' character, I serious doubt they will do anything better with Gambit, probably will end up as a Wolverine-version Gambit, that is, if Hugh won't come back to do another X Men movie.
But judge from Fox seeing Wolverine as a huge golden mine, I serious doubt they will be willingly move him aside to make room for Gambit as the leading character.
Honestly I think it will be a good thing that they leave Scott alone, I don't want another awful writer to make things possibily worse for his character, we believe he's alive and that's enough, besides, we still have fanfic, novels and real comics where Cyclpos was written like a real Cyclops, where you can just flip the pages over when you don't want to see Wolverine's face.
And if there's really a X4 coming, I still won't be interested if there's not a decent role for Scott, with or without Gambit, I don't appreciate the way Fox takes adventage of Scott's character and then cast him away for whatever stupid reason in their stupid heads.
They'll most likely do the same to Gambit anyway.--You're not Wolverine, so you're expendable.
