Well, at least Lee got the head right. Everything else just sucks balls with that design

It's exactly like what SF is saying, too much Lee and not enough Kirby. And considering how DC is really celebrating all of their eras with the New 52 with O.M.A.C.'s heavy Kirby influences, the return of Vertigo, Golden Age-esque Superman, etc., along with Jim Lee's admiration for Jack Kirby, it's a damn shame that they redesigned Darkseid like this when it should really be more influenced by Kirby.

The armour design reminds me of him

As for the costume yep it is pretty meh. And the lack of a mini skirt upsets me
