Can't wait for Avengers: Children's Crusade. Even though the first issue will probably come out next century.

Oh no... issue one will come out just fine. The final issue, issue 8... that one will take an extra 6 months to come out... sometime in 2011.

Cant wait till Siege ends Dark Reign bc its been horrible on this title. Things have gotten WAY too repetitive. How many times can the team fight the Dark Avengers? They just had Cage taken in by Norman with the others going in to retrieve him and then they go and repeat the same thing with Hawkeye in the Annual. I get confused on whether Ive read a comic or not bc of much things repeat themselves

Yeah the list one shot and the annual totally messed up whatever the main story was in this series. Since Clint was captured in the list one shot and retrieved in the annual did we just get tricked into spend 3.99 on the list one-shot and 4.99 on the annual for a 2 part story that doesn't effect anything at all.

I wonder which battle the solicitation is referring to. The New Avengers vs. Osborn, maybe? It'd be a bit anticlimactic if they take him down in their comic as opposed to the big three in the Siege mini. Then again, New Avengers is pretty much Bendis' baby...

I am gonna start cutting out a lot of Marvle books in the near future and this may be one of the first to go...easily replaceable as I started reading Mighty Avengers. Every issue of NA is the same....we need to take down Osborn...but how.....show the media he is still crazy.....but how.........catch him the act of doing something illegal....but how.....our baby has gone missing.....oh it's fine......oh no Luke has been captured...oh wait he's fine.....Clint's been captured.....oh wait he's fine....add in useless Spidey banter and there's your 23 pages.

Isn't it amazing how Benids's writing style varies. for Example his DD run, Ultimate Spidey and more current his new Spiderwoman series. He does solo titles great but is awful on the Avengers books. I wonder If Marvel will ever realize that.

Lately it even barely qualifies as good. Sometimes I read this book and it feels like every member just became a Superhero that morning.

the only thing good about it is Immomen's art which is looking better than it ever has. The villians have been sucking as well. The Hood, and Madame Masque seem to have been in too many issues and havent been appealing or interesting

Amazing? F**k no. Hell, decent is a bit of a stretch, but, I'm a guy who likes for the story to fit the characters personalities not the characters personalities changed to fit the story like Bendis tends to do.

well I loved it. I thought the title was a must read up until about Civil War. It got pretty mediocore and more recently with Dark Reign, barely readable

I've only been buying it to give it another chance. It's been a year I'm done. Same with DA I don't know how I stuck with both of those out for a whole year. I wasted over 100 dollars buying those 2 books this year

Those buying New Avengers buy it for Bendis' Avengers because "the Avengers" is effectively Mighty Avengers at this point, which sells like ass.

Ironically I think Dark Avengers is the only good Avengers title. The other two have been pretty boring and uninteresting
