I loved how it ended! I'll be honest, when I was watching it and saw a lot of our heroes die, I was starting to think "where on earth are they going to leave this?". Then when Wolverine woke up and starts walking round the school, and starts talking to Jean Grey, I immediately thought "oh they wouldn't give us Cyclops back, would they?" and boom!! There he was

. The movie was a fantastic way of tying up all of the loose ends and righting a lot of the wrongs from previous films!
I love the little things as well, the things that don't really matter to most people watching, for example when Magneto tells Quicksilver that he can control metal, and Quicksilver responds "my mom knew a guy like that once"

, yeah Peter, she did indeed! The Quicksilver scenes for me were excellent. The choice of music as well when everything's slowed right down as he's doing his thing, fantastic!
People will probably whinge saying they didn't explain the Xavier 'resurrection', however for me the X3 & The Wolverine mid/post credit scenes were enough for me.
One thing, I suppose we'll have to assume that Magneto assisted in getting Wolverine his claws back following the events of the latest Wolverine movie? Also, am I missing something, how did Wolverine know who Quicksilver was? Was he one of the kids who he helped escape in the Origins of Wolverine?
